Mini vacation

The inside parking on each floor is the best feature of the whole place. Loved not having to be out in the weather and lug our stuff across the street to our room.

Stay again

The rest was clean and loved the beds. I do think the furniture needs to be updated. Either the carpet replaced or put in hard floors. Has a musty odor to the room. I know it's the beach and people coming wet and the carpet gets wet. I think hard wood floors would work best. I would stay again.

Ideal location

We rented this apartment to be near WSM which we had tickets for. It was an ideal location. Close enough to the Boardwalk to walk to and also not far to drive to other attractions and diners. Lulus just over the road for breakfast and Starbucks less than 2 minutes walk. Great to walk along the beach a few steps away and great pools and lazy river on site. Nice to have parking on apartment level. The only comment would be that the apartment is little tired and some appliances could do with updating. Also second bedroom is dark as window looks onto corridor so not able to open curtains. However a great week was had by all.

The location is super convenient to everything. Parking was like pulling in your garage and walking in the house. You park on the floor where your room is at. 40 steps and you are at the door. My room was clean, now I did have hair in the bathroom both bathrooms. The room did not have enough kitchen supplies for me like pots and pans but that's ok I usually bring extras. Check in was easy. I will most definitely stay here again. This will be my go to hotel.

room needed to be cleaned better

the room was a little dirty when we got there, there was rust on the microwave and refrigerator. The top of the frig. looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile. The door on the microwave had several cracks in it. There was jewelry found on the floor in the room so I would say they hadn't really cleaned the room. I took several pictures of all of these things. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Me encanto este lugar su ubicación es perfecta, es amplio y también tiene todo lo que necesitas. ...

Las piscinas fue lo mas lindo, tienen para todas las edades y estaba un poco frío el clima por la época pero las piscinas estaban en perfecta temperatura para aun así estar nadando. Es espectacular sin duda regresaremos en el verano. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera un azador de carne 🥩 porque no tienen pero aún así es espectacular

Easy check in enjoyed our room was very nice and clean anything we need to we call the front desk

Very reasonable rights nice pools and Hot tub family friendly courteous staff and if you're a smoker you'll like to know that the side the hotel is a little walk Park that you can go sit and smoke very relaxing week had a great time...... Looking forward to coming back saying again soon

Overall pleased

We stayed here for the Carolina Country Music Festival in June. Checking in was super easy and the staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Entering the room, it was very tidy and cozy. Had a personal touch, not just a blank hotel room. Plenty of space for 5 grown adults! The location was perfect for anything you wanted to do. We walked to eat, to play putt putt, and walked to where the concert was at. The amenities in site were wonderful. Loved the fact that you had the option of inside AND outside pools and hot tubs. I wish the lazy river would have been I bit bigger and partially in the sun but other than that, everything was fine. The bartender at the pool bar was super friendly, entertaining, and well a great bartender! Access to the beach was just as easy. Grab your drinks from the bar and walk through the gate. Simple! If we had any complaints and the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was the parking garage was a tad on the small size. I have an average sized truck and it was very difficult for 2 of them to pass each other. There wasn't hardly enough cooking ware. I know most people don't cook on vacation but we were staying for 7 days and didn't want to eat out every night. So we got groceries to cook, but then had to go and buy skillets and another pot to cook breakfast. The biggest problem I had with the entire place was the showers!! We never had hot water in either. The main shower (not master) had very little water pressure. And if you're over 6 foot tall there really no point in taking one. You have to be an acrobat to get your head wet. These showers were not intended for tall people. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again...hopefully better showers next time!

Very deceiving!!!

The room was not clean, furniture needs to be replaced immediately, kitchen most definitely is not stocked, half the items are missing or broken beyond use, refrigerator will not cool and there is no hot water.

Filthy

Couch was filthy and ripped with foam padding coming out. Other chair was filthy. Dining room chairs were filthy. Rug dirty and outdated. Stayed from Friday until Monday with "no" room service. Had to take out garbage ourselves. Stan B.
