Wonderful Stay

This property was very clean and in a wonderful location for the most beautiful mountain views of the Smokies. Check-in was very easy. Check-out directions were only available through the Vacasa app, which I wasn't aware of. But, I messaged through VRBO and got a timely response. We used the kitchen appliances that were well stocked. The views and the hot tub were the two main reasons we chose this cabin. Although the hot tub works and got hot enough for our liking, only half of the tub's jets were working. If there were more than just 2 of us, this would've been a huge disappointment. Overall, though, we loved our stay!

Great stay

The lights on the porches could have been brighter, but overall great home. Great location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Will be saving as a favorite in hopes to come and stay again

MTN TOP VIEW RETREAT

LOVED THE CABIN.Very cozy & rustic. Slept like a baby in the KING SIZED bed. Mattress was SUPER comfortable. Got addicted to the GOLF TEE arcade game LOK. Soaked in the hot tub. Was VERY therapeutic. Got the much R& R needed. Had a blast!

Great cabin, small issues

This was a really good cabin. It had a lot of fun stuff available for all ages to enjoy. Golden Tee video game, which I personally loved! A dart board(which we did have to purchase new darts for). The pool table was nice but needs to be leveled. The hot tub was fine but needs to be repaired as only one set of jets worked. We did have an issue with the bed in the master bedroom. The supports underneath had broken and been replaced with a metal pot. These were all minor issues. The view was spectacular and the cabin was clean and well supplied. A couple of tweaks and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed this cabin, especially the views. Went for a quick last minute visit so didn’t use the hot tub or jacuzzi tub but had a wonderful time. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Would definitely come back and stay longer!

The house was super cute and views were majestic. The property management could use some upgrades. Difficulty with getting clear and respectful communication from Vacasa. Property had some issues: hot tub did not work, dishwasher does not work, one of the arcade games- did not work. Light was out in the bathroom over the shower.

Beautiful Getaway

I stayed here with my fiancé for Labor Day weekend. Pictures do not do this place justice. The view is breathtaking and it never gets old. We would stay here again just for the view. The hot tub is definitely a plus but half of the jets don’t work. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom with it is huge. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The pool table was also a great plus and entertained us for several nights. The drive up is definitely a hike and a bit scary but once you do it, it is not as bad. The only downside is how far you are from everything. You are a good 40 minutes out from Gatlinburg. The drive is worth it though because of the view from the home. Driving around the property is not meant for those who get car sick!! Very windy roads wherever you go, especially towards NC or Gatlinburg. We saw a few black bears around the property but they were just checking out the trash cans and weren’t a bother at all, actually very fun to watch. Make sure you bring your own coffee and coffee filters! The TVs were also a bit confusing to work because there are several remotes but we were able to figure it out. Things we did that we would do again: Anakeesta, River Rat and Fly Fishing in the Smokies. Overall we had an amazing time and are already planning our next trip out here! We would recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful getaway in the mountains.

Great little cabin

We had a great weekend! The cabin was clean and in great shape. It was a decent drive out of town, but there was plenty of things you could stop and do on the way to the strip. The only thing we didn't realize is that the only bedroom is downstairs. We are likely to book again.

We had a lot of small issues with our cabin and they even came and fixed one and said they did another and it still wasn’t fixed so I would not recommend this for anybody else to stay at this property

Nice cabin with a great view

This property is managed by Vacasa, so the communication was a little confusing between the VRBO and Vacasa platforms. The code to unlock the house was unnecessarily long and took a few tries to get right. The house is up a mountain. Mileage wise, it's not far from the Great Smoky National Park and places in Pigeon Forge, but it is a good 30 minute drive to get anywhere from here (even just coffee), and we often needed to allow 50-60 minutes to get to places we thought would be 30 minutes away when booking. The shooting game in the game room didn't work. The mattress cover on the sofa bed was visibly dirty. The lower deck had nails popping up and cut our feet. The thermostat for the lower level was wonky and the air conditioning kept running even though it was at temperature. We actually turned the a/c off and the heat on twice because the downstairs had gotten so cold (down to 62 one morning, when it was set to 70 and it was over 80 outside). I'm being picky, but all these little things added up. Really, it is a nice house, and we enjoyed the pool table, golf game, and air hockey. The kitchen was adequate and the outdoor decks were nice. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and 2 full bathrooms.

This was a beautiful place with a beautiful review. With the price you can't beat it my only complaint is that it needs some upkeep. The dining room chairs are peeling fabric it sticks to your skin as soon as you touch it. The AC upstairs did not work but they quickly sent someone over. The toilet downstairs also did not work it was leaking no one told us about it before our stay so that was a bit frustrating. I told Vacasa about it and all they did was just noted it. They weren't very helpful company. The cabin was great worth the stay but vacasa has no clue what's on the property or what it looks like to answer any questions I prefer to talk to someone more personable with issues. There is also a pool at the resort that is usable by most the cabins but is not included with this one which seems silly. But like I said the cabin itself totally beautiful. It also included utensils and dishes so it had everything needed to make meals. The bed was SOOO comfortable. It's a good place to stay with kids. Oh and the hot tub there was alot of complaints I saw it worked just fine for us the only complaint is the cover was totally broken we noticed. Again just needs some minor upkeep it needs someone to come by make repairs and touch up some stuff.

Perfect Anniversary Trip

While living and working in outside of a big city, we rarely get a chance for a slow down. This cabin was perfect for a slow down. The cabin is beautiful and the view is breathtaking!! As a photographer, I couldn’t quit taking pics. There were a couple of things that didn’t work, such as the exhaust fan in the master bath, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. Will definitely be staying here again!!
