Beautiful one bedroom condo at Casa Verde is ideally located less than 1.3 miles from vibrant downtown, restaurants, shopping centers and art galleries as well as Agua Caliente Casino, tram, movie theater, biking and hiking. Proximity 1.2 miles and 5mins drive to the Palm Springs Walk of Stars, the heart of downtown PS. About 1.6 miles to PS International airport.
This cozy condo is ground level, a gated community, NON-SMOKING complex and quiet neighborhoods, has one reserved covered parking space next to the unit, guest parking spaces and free street parking. Enjoy the mountain views, 2 shared pools, hot tub/spa and tennis courts on the premises. Self check in with codes. Remote/code access to the gated community.
The space is well equipped with household essentials, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and new cabinets, tile floor, stacked washer and dryer laundry machine inside the unit. The place has everything guests need for a comfortable stay, private gate and entrance to the unit, private patio and patio outdoor dining table.

Party is strictly not allowed. Playing music outdoor is prohibited. Music indoor must not be heard outdoors.
Pool rules: Open from 7:30am - 10:30pm. Playing music or podcasts without earphones are not allowed. According the HOA website: Two pools Temp are around 80F - 84F and two spas are heated 102F. Please read the pool rule sign before using.
Tennis court: hour from 7:00am - dark. For playing tennis only. Food is not allowed.
Self check in keypads/codes. We provide a guest folder with instructions/manuals which is left inside the condo.
Mailbox access and mailing address is only provided upon requested by guests when making reservation.
