**Rental Agreement**
This agreement is entered into by and between the Guest and the Host for the property located at 15 Alm Strasse Helen, GA 30545.
1. **Identification:** The Guest agrees to provide a copy of their government-issued ID before check-in. Additionally, please text the full names of all adults staying at the property.
2. **Vehicle Information:** The Guest agrees to provide details of any vehicles to be brought onto the property, including make, model, and license plate.
3. **Property Damage:** The Guest agrees to cover any damages to the property or its contents caused by themselves or their guests. Any undisclosed damage at the end of the stay may be reported to local authorities.
4. **Quiet Hours:** The Guest agrees to respect the noise ordinance and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Violating these hours may result in a fine of $500 and possible eviction.
5. **Additional Guests:** The Guest agrees to inform the Host in advance of any additional guests visiting the property.
6. **No Smoking Policy:** The Guest agrees to comply with the Host's no smoking or vaping policy inside the property. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of $350.
7. **Pet Policy:** If the Guest brings a pet onto the property, they agree to pay a pet fee of $189
8. **Parties and Events:** No parties or events are permitted on the property. Additionally, loud conversations or the use of loudspeakers on the patio after 10 pm are strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500. Please note that our property is equipped with a Noise Aware system.
9. **Housekeeping:** The Guest agrees to leave the property in the same condition as it was at the beginning of their stay. All trash must be taken to the outside garbage bin, and all used dishes, utensils, and cookware must be loaded into the dishwasher and turned on before departure. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. Any white towels with stains will incur an additional charge of $10 per towel. If you grill out, make sure the grill is clean and no food is left. Cover the grill after use.
10. **Furniture:** The Guest agrees not to move any furniture. Any necessary furniture adjustments by the Host will result in an additional fee of $275.
11. **BBQ Grille:** The guest must ensure the BBQ grille is cleaned. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of $45. All trash must be collected around the house and put in the Green garbage can in the Garage (don’t leave trash can outside- Bears). This is VERY IMPORTANT.
By signing this agreement, the Guest acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this contract. The Host reserves the right to terminate this agreement and ask the Guest to leave the property immediately if
any of the terms and conditions are violated.
