Beach Front House

Beach front, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home. Brand new home in 2016, beautiful finishes throughout. Direct access to the beach with a private staircase. Second floor balconies facing both the ocean and the marsh. Master bedroom suite with double sinks and walk in closet, 2 additional bedrooms with closets, and a den with a pull-out daybed. Grill in the large yard for you to use.

Sheets and towels are provided and is included in the rental price.

The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required.

Lovely property & beautiful beach

Very comfortable, modern and clean house. Lots of light and great view from the living area upstairs. Has 2.5 baths, perfect for 3 bedrooms And the beach is just beautiful! .we hope to return again sometime.

Beautiful house, well thought out with bedrooms downstairs and living areas upstairs. Amazing views anywhere you look. Front of house is looking at the marshes and back is overlooking ocean. Quiet neighbourhood minutes way from downtown. Easy communication with owner, very responsive.

Perfect New England beach getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was clean and well stocked, the location was amazing with a little general store a few doors down, beach access so easy, host extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, and just an overall lovely stay. We were sad to leave and wish we had another couple days at this house. Highly recommend and hoping to come back!

Perfect week

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and clean house! The location couldn’t have been better: a quiet area with a large backyard and direct beach access. It’s just a short walk to a charming general store that stocked almost everything we needed, and we loved dining at the nearby restaurant, The Tides. Our week was absolutely perfect! The only minor inconvenience was the house doesn’t include sheets or towels. However, we rented from Cottage Linens, and the process was incredibly easy. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely getaway and can’t wait to return!

Awesome stay at Goose Rocks Beach

We had a great stay and the house was incredibly clean! The views of the ocean were beautiful and the access to the beach was convenient. We were in touch with the hosts a few times with questions and they always responded quickly. We would definitely recommend a stay at this house and look forward to a future visit!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The view from the back deck is amazing! Taking a walk on the beach that late in October was an added bonus. The house is gorgeous, and spotless. The view from the living room window is amazing. The hosts were very helpful as well. Definitely worth a stay!

Amazing Trip!

We recently stayed at this property to celebrate life long friends milestone birthdays. The property was amazing, and could not have asked a better time. We walked to the Tides for lunch one day, picked up lobster rolls and sat on the patio at the house for lunch. Our only minor hiccup was finding an uber/lyft back to the house after an afternoon of shopping, eating and drinking. We can not wait to come back. We have already decided that this was our new girlfriend retreat house

Great location. Very quiet. Pictures more than fairly represent the property. Extremely clean. Beds were comfortable. Property owner was pleasant and easy to reach. All in all, a wonderful stay and would book again!

Beautiful Spot!

This property was absolutely stunning. It is located in a quiet well maintained, beautiful area. The house has lots of windows overlooking the ocean as well as the marsh. You can get the sunset or the sunrise! We were able to take long walks on Goose Rocks beach, which is lovely. The owner is available for all questions, and extremely accommodating. The home has everything you need. We had such a wonderful stay that we are working on a time where we can rent this property again. Thank you!!

Perfect house in a perfect location

As we left Montreal during a memorable ice storm that would leave our neighborhood with no power for more than 3 days, we were absolutely speachless when we arrived at the house and sat down in the living room, looking at the ocean with one of the most beautiful views in the area. The house was exactly as descrided: beautiful, clean, fully equiped and so comfortable. Communicating with Abigail, the owner, was a charm. So nice and always there to help. We had the most relaxing, beautiful and pleasant stay in a very long time. Thank you for this memorable long Easter weekend. We will definitely be back!

Dreamy fall getaway

Chilly fall weather was perfect for our morning walks on the beach just steps from our back door. Stunning fall colored leaves everywhere. Large picture windows meant yoga from the living room was overlooking the ocean (including those cute white seals resting on the rocks in the water.) Absolutely lovely.
