Not worth it

It cost too much money for what it is… The room needs to be updated(old red carpets, moldy looking furniture), no free breakfast, the Dunkin Donuts is PERMANENTLY closed, bad service when we arrived(the guy took long and didn’t tell us about the amenities), the bar only opens from 11am- the guy feels like closing which is usually 4-6pm, they lock the gate to go to the beach at 11pm so you have to go thru an alley to get back in the hotel afterwards, the pools are NEVER cleaned, the hot tub had poop in it. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY

Great room! But no services available.

We had the corner on the 19th floor. Great view! The room was moderately clean. We still needed to re-vacuum when we arrived. There isn’t a sweeper in the room, so if you stay a bit, ask for room service. We asked and scheduled housekeeping to come in 24 hours, but they no-showed. We dealt with it. Great hotel. Nice access to the beach. Pools were moderately clean. Not cleaned everyday, so we stayed at the beach on the off-cleaning days. Would give 5 stars for the stay and the room, but not for service. Basically due to covid, there is no housekeeping service. Wifi is spotty but adequate.

Beautiful view

This condo is a corner unit with a beautiful view. We had 5 adults in this unit and it was a great fit. Each one had plenty of room and privacy. It is equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment and supplies so that you can fix meals and eat in as much as you would like. There was a brand new washer and dryer in the unit which was also great. The pool towels were brand new. It is a great unit for families.

Truly Amazing!

I had an amazing time during my stay! The views are amazing, the condo was quiet and relaxing. The staff were awesome! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I would definitely reccomend! As soon as we walked in, we could smell that cleaning products. The entire condo was so clean and fresh. The only negative to the condo was that the pull out couch and the chair in the living was completely outdated and uncomfortable. It was hard to get up because the pullout was sucken in. I would suggest that the couch and chair be replaced and updated asap. Other then that, I have no complaints, and that in no way interfered with my stay. The location is great, just minutes from so many restaurants and attractions! Thank you to the staff for making my experience care free!

The cleanliness could have been much better. As the kitchen was not very clean as there was coffee splatter on the counter of the sink area, and a bathing suit liner stuck to the wall behind the second bathroom door. But overall the whole place should have been cleaner for the amount of money being charged. The amount of space in the whole place was great, beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Furniture very out dated.
