Perfect place

The house is perfectly appointed for a friends trip or family. The cleanliness was impeccable and the entertainment options were great. Would definitely return to this house.

Good place for a family to stay

Good location. Very walkable to Main Street and even the National Museum of the Pacific War. Beds were comfortable. House was clean and well kept. Owners were very accommodating.

Perfect spot for girls’ weekend

We loved our weekend in this house. It was impeccably clean, and the space is designed so well for a group traveling together. The common area was spacious, and the game room is a really nice touch with fun activities. Having 3 full bathrooms was great for 6 women too! The beds were comfy, and the other furniture was too. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property!

The house was fantastic and perfect for a family gathering or wedding party. We enjoyed the hot tub and games, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. The kitchen and bathroom were also fabulous. You could walk to main drag of town, but it's about 1 mile to get to the main attractions. Overall, this was an amazing property and owner responds quickly and made accommodations when we wanted to check in early. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends...

Wonderful stay in Fredericksburg

Our family had an incredible stay in our rental this past week. The listing was exactly as pictured and described. Beautiful home with wonderful amenities. The location was great too. Its very clear when a home owner and management company care about their guests. Highly recommend this listing!

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

This is an amazing house! The quality of the house and the number of amenities were so impressive. The fire pit was a nice amenity in addition to the numerous games that were there. If we ever came back to Fredericksburg, we would stay here again! Ashley was super responsive when I had questions both before and during our stay. Could not recommend this property more!

Great house!

My family loved this house! Great location close to Main Street and all the wineries. Really pretty house with great beds and sleep options. Plenty TV’s, shuffleboard, a really nice backyard with a fire pit, bocce ball, a hot tub (only wish is that it had been heated to 100 degrees before we arrived),; also an extra ice maker and multiple coffee options. Great place for a group or large family!

Wonderful Stay!

This was my very first VRBO experience and though it was amazing! My veteran rental family members were blown away by all the thoughtful detail. The house is adorable, great floor plan lots of detail and cute decor. Rooms were big, beds were comfy, plenty of bathroom and counter space. It even has a magical drawer in the kitchen that had everything we forgot to bring. When we had questions prior and during our stay, the owner was very responsive. Overall great weekend!

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls’ weekend. It was recently renovated and is beautiful. It is very well equipped—had everything you’d need for a great stay. Property manager was quick to answer questions and was very helpful. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. We look forward to staying there again.

Girl’s Trip

This house was perfect in every way. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. Couches and chairs were very comfortable. We felt right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked and well organized. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The towels and washcloths were fresh and plush. The bedrooms were big; beds and pillows were so comfortable with nice linens. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Main St. We enjoyed morning walks and coffee on the front porch. Looking forward to our stay in this same location next year.

Beautiful place!

The home is gorgeous and clean! We loved the vanity in the bunk room! The house is in a great location with plenty of street parking. We really enjoyed our stay!
