Summary:
In the heart of the Carantec golf course, at the end of a private road running alongside the golf course, you'll be staying in the middle of nature.
In this unique setting, the typical stone house offers a splendid view of the sea and the Carantec golf course from every room.
The Space:
A place to relax, dream, go to the beach or enjoy a more sporty holiday with the nearby golf course, the GR34 hiking trail, fishing and water sports.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The house is spacious and bright, fully equipped and can sleep up to 9 people. It comprises :
- Ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove and adjoining garden. A kitchen opening onto a large dining room with fireplace and TV.
- Above the living room, a master bedroom with superb views of the sea and golf course
Separate WC,
- On the first level: a bedroom with a double bedandshower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room with shower, double washbasin.
- On the upper level: a large dormitory with 3 single beds.
Main amenities : Free WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer
Features:
- Quiet house with no neighbours
- Free private parking on site
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- The deposit of 750 euros is not cashed. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) makes a simple imprint of your bank card.
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be at your disposal during your stay.
- No smoking house
- Parties are not permitted
- Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the price (optional)
- Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of their stay. A compulsory ‘intermediate cleaning’ package of 25 euros is invoiced at the time of booking (bath mats, tea towels, cleaning products, disinfection and preparation of the house between two rentals). For those who don't want to think about cleaning before they leave, we also offer an optional ‘full cleaning’ package at 100 euros.
- Tourist tax is payable on site at the current rate by cheque or cash (except for airbnb and booking).
- Pets are not allowed.
