This stunning 6-bedroom luxury home offers an exquisite blend of modern elegance and comfort. As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious, open-concept living room with high ceilings and large windows that bathe the room in natural light. The centerpiece of the living space is a state-of-the-art, large flat-screen TV, perfect for entertainment or relaxing movie nights.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, sleek granite countertops, and custom cabinetry. A large central peninsula provides ample space for meal prep or casual dining, while the adjacent formal dining area is ideal for hosting gatherings.

Each of the six bedrooms is a private retreat, offering generous space, luxurious bedding, and stylish décor. The primary suite is particularly impressive, with its own spa-like bathroom featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities. Three additional king bed suites are on the main level. Upstairs you'll find an additional king suite and a bunk bed room with full bathroom.

The entertainment room is a great place to challenge the family to a game of foosball, enjoy the fire, play a game or enjoy your favorite movie. The kitchenette offers a mini fridge, bar sink and microwave for snack time.

Outside, the home features a large gas BBQ and a spacious deck, perfect for outdoor dining or lounging. The fully enclosed hot tub offers extra privacy for soaking under a starlit sky and comfortable chairs invite you to soak up the sun or enjoy a meal al fresco.

When you are ready to explore Sunriver, head out for a ride along the miles of paved pathways on one of the 7 adult bikes provided with this vacation home. 10 Jackpine is conveniently situated near Sunriver Village for shopping and dining. Lazy floats along the Deschutes River, the Oregon Observatory and Sunriver Nature Center are all within a few miles of this home.

Beautiful Home in Sunriver!

We rented this home to stay in for a company Christmas Party. We rented several homes to accommodate all of our employees, but this home far exceeded all the rest in cleanliness, communication, and amenities. It's a beautiful place with a large kitchen, high vaulted living room, and several comfortable bedrooms. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, or at the very least, working with Bennington Properties.

Celebrate with Large Family

All the information to to get into the house made it very easy to get in and start enjoying right away. Beautiful spacious home quickly felt warm and friendly for our group of 12. We used everything the house had to offer. Great time!

Family Reunion

We have been coming to Sunriver for over 25 years for our Family Reunions and this was a great main house for us. Bennington helped us locate other homes and additional amenities for a successful event. The kitchen-living area couldn't have functioned better.

Great House for a Group Vacation

We had an awesome stay. Some of the furniture and carpet is a little worn, but otherwise the house was wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked too!

Nice rental

a little dated, and some of the electronics had to be fixed to work, but overall a nice little rental. the bicycles are in terrible condition so you'll need to rent bikes or bring your own. Hot tub in good condition, kitchen is nice and big. not right on the bike path but close enough to the river loop. back patio right on a main road, but it's not that busy. we'd stay here again.
