Our unit features 2 bedroom, 2 bath(1 king, 1 queen,1 pull out sofa) Sleeps 6 or 4 adults & a couple of kids(1441 sq ft) The "perfect porch" is worth the price! Just completed a complete kitchen renovation with all new appliances(1/24)

Fantastic.

Everything about this property is absolutely fantastic! It was clean, the perfect view, and Sandra was so warm and welcoming. She left a note for me along with waters and snacks, and even had the music going and lamps on when I arrived. It was perfect. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Lakefront Getaway – Peaceful, Scenic, and Convenient!

This lakefront property was the perfect escape! The serene setting, with beautiful views and a charming little porch, made for a truly relaxing stay. It’s ideal for small families or anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. The location is fantastic—plenty of great restaurants nearby, plus access to the Ritz Carlton dining options, which was a huge bonus. The host was attentive and extremely helpful, and the whole experience was just what we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

40th Wedding Anniversary Special

Sandra, responded within hours to our initial request to rent her condo! She welcomed my husband and I with a kind note and little gift; she even had the lights on. The condo was clean, neat, and comfortable and Sandra provided all that we needed to have a memorable trip. We hope to return again in the future. Thank you, Sandra!

Peaceful and Beautiful Stay

Wow. Awesome place. Every detail taken care of. The view from the porch is spectacular and a cup of coffee in the morning is a must. I have a hard time sleeping! The place was so quiet and cozy that I slept in late, something I haven't done in months! The owner was very flexible with check-out. Thank you! Great location right across from the Marina. Highly recommend.

The property and location were just wonderful - it was very peaceful and comfortable and I just loved my stay there. Sandra (the host) was very reachable and approachable whenever I had a question or issue but everything went so well most all our communication was when she helped with information. Loved it!

Wonderful experience and loved the property. So well stocked that we hardly needed anything at the store. Area is pretty and we enjoyed walking up and down the lake which is right outside the front door. Owner was wonderful to work with and so gracious as leaving Augusta to find a place to stay after the hurricane. This spot was perfect for us and a much needed comfort during a stressful time.

Lovely Home

Lovely home in a very convenient and nice community alongside the lake for easy boat and swimming access as well as walking, sunset and fireflies. Plush furnishings and linens, relaxing decor, kind owner that went out of her way to be welcoming and available (if needed), all the kitchen necessities needed, etc... it was so nice to relax and enjoy time exploring Lake Oconee. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this condo. Great location - nothing better than sitting on the patio enjoying the lake view. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Sandra was friendly, welcoming and communication was excellent. Great selection of restaurants and amenities in the nearby areas. Highly recommend!

July 4th stay

Fabulous stay! Charming, cheery, super clean.Great lake access for fishing, swimming at the lake/ beach spot. Short boat shuttle to Cuscowilla Cousins, perfect porch to view incredible fireworks, just a Fantastic spot for our Overflow July 4th Family. Thankful we know of this cozy, comfortable condo at Lake Okonee.

Great Getaway

Was looking for a nice place to getaway, this was a perfect location and condo. Very quiet with view of the boat dock. Short walk to pavilion to watch the sunset. All around location with access to grocery shopping. Take a sunset boat ride. Our host was super nice!!!

We loved our weekend stay here! This unit was exceptionally clean and we loved walking in to the soft music, lighting and clean smell. My kids mentioned it felt like they were at a spa. The front porch was relaxing and we enjoyed watching all the people come and go on their boats. We will definitely come again!

My husband & I just love Lake Oconee & Reynolds Plantation, and decided to "treat" ourselves this year with a property makeover. We spend a great deal of time at our little getaway, so we hope you will enjoy every second you have here in our special place! I mean... it's RIGHT THERE on the water!

What makes this property unique

Truly the best part is the direct access to the lake. It's next to the Marina at Linger Longer, which is perfect for you for boat rentals and even boat launch. There's plenty to do withoout a boat... the boardwalk will lead you to beautiful spots to sit in a lawn chair and relax the day away. The Linger Longer pavilion has a small "beach" area, too. We enjoy that alot, while taking our lunch or dinner over to the tables.
