Come enjoy a brand new, carefully decorated 4-bedroom townhouse. Snuggle by the fireplace with a book, jam to the vintage jukebox or test your skills with vintage pinball or ping-pong. Barbeque in the fenced back yard and prepare your feast in the fully-stocked kitchen.

All mattresses are brand new memory foam. All linens are high thread-count. Everything has been finished to a high level of quality to ensure that this townhome is the best house in the area!

You'll have all four bedrooms, the common area, kitchen, backyard, and garage completely to yourself--no shared areas.

We will absolutely be available if anything goes wrong with the house (if you run into any issues with the accommodations, let us know immediately!). However, we are not available to accompany guests, drive them around, or act as a concierge. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time.

The place is located 1 block from Pacific Avenue, 2 blocks from Starbucks and 5 blocks from the lovely, renowned Pacific Lutheran University, and quick access to Tacoma, Puyallup, and JBLM. The immediate neighborhood is typical Parkland without too many frills, but the PLU-owned Garfield Station Apartment complex and adjacent restaurants are just 6 blocks away.

Very nice house

Our stay was great! Our family enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend it. The location is convenient to the highway and a grocery store that’s around the corner. There was even a church a few blocks away and were able to attend service on Sunday. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The whole experience was amazing. 1940’s theme was absolutely incredible. House was very clean and organized. Lots of kitchen and bathroom accessories. Enjoyed the jukebox and ping pong table.

Perfect place for our short stay.

The property is just as described and a perfect size for our family. We were visiting for the weekend as we have a student at PLU right down the street. Very convenient and close to everything. Property manager is very responsive and we will be back.

Nice place near Tacoma

Traveled to the Tacoma area for a water polo tournament with kids from my daughter's team. The house was easy to find and easy to access. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The girls really liked having space to spread out after being together traveling and in the water all day. I would definitely stay there again.

Fun weekend getaway!

This is a great property to stay at. Spacious, clean, well stocked and supplied, and great communication with host. This is my second time staying there, and it felt like coming home. Beds are comfortable, bath towels are soft and clean, and the house has a fun style to it. We loved the four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and lots of furniture to seat many people. Communication with the host is the best I've experienced. We will certainly be back

Loved staying at this property! It was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! Attended an event at the Puyallup Fair grounds. The location of the property made getting to the event super easy! The property was tastefully decorated, clean, and very spacious. The beds were cozy, with quality linens and towels. Kitchen was well stocked! Host was very accommodating and enjoyable. Would love to stay again!

Just what we needed

This property is just what we needed for a short golf trip to the area. The listing was exactly as advertised. All four of us had a comfortable bed, the bathrooms were well stocked, kitchen was great for making meals, and it was very nice having the garage space to put our gear in overnight. Also, we were able to park both our vehicles in the driveway. There is some road noise being a block off a busy road but it is close to several restaurants and minutes from the freeway to get where we were playing. Communication was fantastic and check in/out was simple. I would recommend and will stay here again when in the area.

beautiful townhome

The home was squeaky clean, decorated tastefully, and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The teenagers and adults enjoyed the ping pong table and the pinball machine. We came home with a very small amount of dirty clothes, thanks to the washer and dryer. The area was a little run down, but we always felt safe. There is a large grocery store open 24 hours within walking distance. We enjoyed Frugal Hamburgers, but the barbeque place down the road was horrible. There are plenty of better restaurants in the neighboring cities. Would not hesitate to book this rental again.

Family perfection

Modern day cozy. Tons of space. Loads of entertainment. Well stocked kitchen. You really couldn't of asked for more. The beds were very comfortable with all the right pillows. We were there for our PLU Student. So locstion in proximity was perfect. Its location is rather close to a main street and there were loud police sirens at one point every night. Thankful for the provided earplugs. If there was any gripe at all it was the slow heat and pressure of the water up stairs. But still completely a fantastic 👏 👌 gem. We will be back!

Good time at 222 128th South

This property is great and has been maintained immaculately. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It's got four good bedrooms, one with it's own bathroom, and the rest of the house is very comfortable. Ping pong table in the garage and some other nice additions. The neighborhood surrounding is a bit rundown but the property itself is great and it was easy for us to get to other areas of Tacoma where we were meeting with friends for our fantasy football draft weekend.
