Publicité mensongère: Logement déplorable

Publicité mensongère depuis le site de réservation. L'appartement est crasseux, infesté de fourmis, connexion Wifi ne se concentre uniquement au niveau de l'accueil. L'hygiène de la literie est déplorable, ne respecte pas à la charte de qualité. Le nombre d'ustensiles de cuisine est largement insuffisant pour 6 personnes. Le personnel (2 à 3 personnes maximum) est complétement dépassé, n'arrive pas à entretenir la résidence. L'environnement extérieur est très mal entretenu. Cette résidence est loin d'être un lieu qui mérite trois étoiles. Aucun contrôle depuis 2019. Un audit de qualité s'impose!

Piscine non fonctionnelle. Appartement dégoûtant. Pas de couvert ni cafetière ni bac à couvert dans le lave vaisselle. Dans l’annonce canapé lit double alors que c’est 2 lits simples et il nous on fourni des draps doubles ! J’ai fais une demande de dédommagement auprès d’abritel qui m’on dit de me rapprocher du propriétaire, ce que j’ai fait sans aucunes réponses de sa part ! Une aberration…. À fuir

Logement sale à notre arrivée; impossible d'y dormir en l'état en raison de l'odeur de tabac incrustée; il a fallu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes alors qu'il faisait frais, environ 11 degrés. Le lendemain à 10h00 personne pour état des lieux, ni à l'arrivée aucun personnel; les extérieurs semblent abandonnés, des herbes folles partout...déçus pourtant la résidence semblait sympathique...
