It’s less than 50 yards from Breck’s Lower Lehman Run, Quicksilver Superchair and ski school — and it’s strolling distance from all the shops and restaurants on Breck’s historic Main Street. Throw in pool/hot tub access, and your group will thank you for finding it!

Trails End Skyview Penthouse Condo is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom deluxe penthouse condo that’s perfect for groups of up to 8. In the living area, there’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV; it’s the perfect place to relax and share stories about the day’s Rocky Mountain adventures. You can also step out on the private balcony to fully take in the mountain views. The kitchen feature granite counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up everything from snacks to holiday meals. There’s room for 10 at the dining table plus four more at the counter.

You’ll also enjoy the shared hot tub and access to the Upper Village Pool and hot tubs, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And like all Summit Mountain Rental properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Golf trip with friends

Wonderful time over the holidays

It was the perfect place for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone. So many bathrooms that made the space ample and not feel cramped we enjoyed the large dining room. The location was so convenient to everything. Highly recommend this property.

Everything was great especially communication with property managers. The only suggestion I would have is to offer a lock box for keys at the condo site instead of having to drop off at a different location.

Slope Side At It’s Best

Perfect location. From front door to Quicksilver chair, it’s a 3 minute walk. From front door to downtown, it’s a 5 minute walk. Parking is easy and the condo was perfect size for 7 friends. Also, very nice knives in the kitchen.

Great place for a large group.

Friends and family all enjoyed this property. One of the few we have stayed at that has a table that seats 10. Apple TV was easy to access. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Bedrooms and bed were very comfortable.

The walk out of the building to the Quicksilver lift was only about two minutes. The walk from the building to main street is only about five minutes

Great location as downtown Breckenridge is walkable from the property. Beautiful views from the balcony. The 2 bedrooms upstairs did not have exterior windows which made them get hot at night. It was nice there was a fan for each room. The condo was clean and there are laundry facilities available in the building.

Great location - needs some upgrades

the location can't be beat. Overall, the space and the layout and furnishings are good. We had a very enjoyable week. Our biggest issue was the kitchen. They have installed the wrong size refrigerator which blocks the doors to the wall cabinets so there is a shortage of storage space. The stove is ancient and the exhaust face vents back into the room instead of outside so the cooking odors and very overwhelming. The vent fans in the bathrooms are the cheap ones that sound like an airplane taking off. Given the cost of the rental,I think they could spend a few bucks and do some improvements.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 8 stayed in the condo for a long weekend ski trip. We had kids and grandparents skiing, so multiple skill levels and abilities. This was a great location to access the lift, come off the slopes for lunch, walk to town or the bus stops, etc. The accommodations were accurately described and clean. It was a cozy place for our group. Parking lot was convenient, although we didn't drive once we arrived, since we were concerned we wouldn't get a parking spot when we returned, so a little frustrating. Maybe there were cars parking there who were not guests? Prior to arrival, I messaged questions relating to rental access, amenities, and parking. I received a quick detailed response, however some of the information was not accurate or specific to our rental, so a little frustrating. During our stay, management stayed in contact and was pleasant/responsive. Overall a great place for a larger group 4 BR/4 BA Ski In/Out, which is hard to find!
