Amazing Top Floor Ocean Views from Both Lanais!

Welcome to the Kona Makai! For those who have stayed here before, you already know what a fantastic property this is - in every way. If you've never stayed, now's the time! We've now decided to share our personal home with guests as well. And as you will see we have excellent traveller ratings. The Kona Makai is an Ocean Front Complex located on famous Alii Drive just over a mile south of historic Kona Village. It is well known for it's beautiful grounds with immaculately maintained Hawaiian native plants. You can enjoy ocean front seating with loungers, feel the ocean spray on your face, and listen to the rolling waves. Most mornings spinner dolphins travel by right out front sometime around 7:30am and then travel back again in the late afternoon. This same area will provide amazing sunsets where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine, BBQ, dine and have some good conversation with your fellow travelers. The large heated salt water pool has a maximum depth of 8 feet and the relaxing spa are both steps from the ocean. This a quiet complex with tennis courts, heated salt water pool, spa, exercise rooms, and ping pong. It is best suited for couples and families with older children (14 and older).
No detail has been missed here and we are pleased to now share our personal home with guests. This is a 1 Bedroom , 1 Bath Unit, with a loft on the top floor of a three-story walk up with soaring open beam ceilings. This spacious condo has granite counter tops, upgraded kitchen cabinets, and tile floors. The bathroom is completely redone, and the master has beautiful King Size bedroom furniture. There are 65" 4K smart TV's in both the living room and the master bedroom. Incredible Ocean views from both lanais - off the living room and the master bedroom. The loft has a new memory foam queen size bed . The unit is fully equipped with Bosch washer/dryer, towels, linens, dishes, and shopping bags for purchasing your groceries etc. And everything you need for a day at the beach is included: chairs, beach/pool lounge pads, beach towels, a cooler, an umbrella, snorkeling noodles, and plastic dishes for the pool/beach.
