Cozy Cute and Walking Distance to Park

Enjoyed our stay. This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were able to just walk to the park which saved the almost $40 park fee. Enjoyed the complmentary waters and snacks. It was a nice touch.

Good one night stay

Clean well equipped home, found as described, no issues. Good for a one night stay. Pillows/mattresses are a little weathered but overall worth the price we paid. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Great Location, close to park

Nice place. East access to Busch Gardens and to multiple places to eat. The house was nice and clean and smelled fresh. Loved that the host left coffee for us. We arrived late and saw the coffee on the counter, everyone was very appreciative about that. Will definitely use again.

Perfect for busch gardens of USF

Home was very comfortable, clean with plenty of space and very close to everthing. Busch gardens is almost walking distance, and USF about 5 min and ybor city and downtown about 15 min. Perfect for weekend or a week.

Great trip!

Excellent property!! very clean and accurate listing, the property manager went above and beyond with assisting us with everything and communication was A++ including helping me locate a lost earring and offering to ship it to us after we left.. we’ll be back to Tampa and we’ll def go here again!

Bush Gardens Trip

It was clean. We loved how close it was to the park. The yard was great. Especially appreciated the coffee and creamer and sugar provided. We had a great weekend!

Needed a home near Busch Gardens.

I was looking for a home near Busch Gardens for myself, my husband, and our 2 grown sons. Wonderful little house that was just what we needed. I was pleased with how easy the host made everything workout for us. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay again.

Great Location

The host was wonderful and the location was perfect. Close to Bush Gardens and the softball fields were minutes away. Veronica couldn’t have been more helpful and the house is tidy and clean. A great stay.

Backyard to Busch Gardens - still quiet

Lovely 3-bedroom house to fit the three couples in our group for the night comfortably in the three queen beds. There were snacks and waters available, which was nice since we were from out of town. It was the perfect location for the night for our trip the next day to Busch Gardens.

Cute little property

What a cute little house. It has everything you’d need and was only a 2 min drive to Busch Garden. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby and convenience stores. Veronica was great to deal with and her communication was almost immediate. We appreciate her help and it made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you!

Great Location

This is a nice, clean property conveniently located very close to Busch Gardens, with a short easy drive to ZooTampa and the Florida Aquarium. No problems checking in or out and it had everything we needed for the week.

Excellent accomodation!

By far one of the best VRBO rentals we have stayed at. Literally located minutes away from Busch gardens which was exactly what we were looking for. Pristine condition. Little touches that made all the difference! Highly recommend this beautiful home!
