You will also have the possibility to use the barbecue. The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 8 guests. You will have a flat-screen TV as well as reversible air conditioning. This villa in a very residential area also has 3 beautiful bedrooms (with 160cm double bed) and a cabin with 2 bunk beds, the upper bed not being suitable for children under 6 years old (article 6 of Decree no. 95- 949 of August 25, 1995). It has plenty of storage space. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. Separate toilets are present on both levels.
