Enjoy amazing views of Downtown, mountains and the State Capitol Building from your spacious 7th floor patio. The Imperial Plaza is a landmark, mid-century building in the best part of town.
The condo is perfect for traveling healthcare workers. It's located next door to St. Luke's main campus and a quick walk to the Elk's and VA.
Federal, State and County Courthouses as well as government offices are also within walking distance.
In fact, it's within walking distance of everything you'll need, including restaurants, grocery stores, the central business district, parks, government offices and BSU. You can leave your car (and searching for a parking space) behind. Our walk score is 84-very walkable and our bike score is 99-a bikers paradise!
In addition to the amazing location and fantastic views, the Imperial is a calm, and secure building. Designed as an "over 55" complex, residents under 18 are not permitted.
Our condo has 1-bedroom with queen bed, plus a den (originally, this condo was designed as a two-bedroom) with a sofa bed (memory foam mattress, bed board and room divider) and 1-bathroom with shower and double vanity. It's perfect for a single person or couple, but with enough room for an occasional guest.
Off street parking is available as well as indoor bike storage. (Bikes and vehicles need to be registered with the HOA.) An additional storage locker is included in the basement.
The west facing patio is a lovely spot to unwind with an evening cocktail. Enjoy watching the sunset as the downtown skyline lights up.
You'll find the kitchen well equipped with plenty of counter space as well as new appliances including induction range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
A large tv in the living room/den is streaming ready with fast Wi-Fi throughout the condo. Approximately 1000 sq. ft.
ABOUT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD:
East Downtown is a part of the Boise City Original Townsite. Historic homes, tree lined streets and generous green spaces makes it easy to have walking as your main mode of transportation. Julia Davis Park, Zoo Boise, Idaho Historical Museum, BAM-The Boise Art Museum and my favorite, The Boise Greenbelt, are just a few of the reasons to love this part of town. You are only two blocks from coffee shops and restaurants.
