“Cabana 30Ahhhh” has been recently renovated and comes with gorgeous views of the Gulf.   It is a 1 bedroom plus bunks with 1.5 baths. Perfect for a family, ! You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine of the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The location is fabulous with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Beach access is across the street and you can enjoy any of the 3 pools and hot tub that are available within Gulf Place.
Access to the white sand beaches and emerald gulf waters with Gulf Place Private beach access directly across the street or enjoy Cabanas community pool , perfect for a quick dip.

Gulf Place Cabanas are just steps away from a variety of restaurants, boutique shopping, and the Artists colony to browse for that unique keepsake. I've stayed at Gulf Place numerous times over the years. This condo was one of the best! The description & pictures were spot-on. No surprises (which had been the case with other condos at Gulf Place the past few years.) I will book this condo for my next trip to 30A!

Unit was clean and included all essentials. Nice decor. King Mattress was comfortable. However frame has legs that aren’t hidden under the mattress therefore guests must be careful not to stumble or stub a toe. Additionally headboard isn’t attached well.

Cabanas 303

Condo was as pictured. Nice kitchen upgrades and unit was clean.Sliding glass door to balcony was hard to open and close. Not a big fan of internet TV, but all the units have moved in this direction. We have stayed in the Cabanas dozens of times and will return in the future. Ideal location.

Our stay was perfect. My first stay was just as a couple . This stay I took my daughter and 8 year old and 8 month old . We had a great stay . It is easy access to the beach . Condo very clean . Everything you need . Only thing missing was the sheets for sleeper sofa but didn’t create issues for us . I’ll be back again.

Great location & customer service

The original condo we booked got flooded the day we were flying in. Geoffrey the property manager was very accommodating and helped us find a different property to stay the first night while a different room at this property was ready. The location was awesome with many different restaurants and shops near by. Beach access was very easy right across the street. All said, we had a great stay and we were really impressed with the customer service!

Nice place

Nice place close to beach , but pool did not work most of stay and bad smell around the pool. Last night could not sleep at all . There was stomping around above our heads all night . Loud people above us all hours of the night and got no sleep before our long drive home.

Loved the location a partial ocean view. The pool was clean and warm to swim laps.

The only thing missing was a few more pots and pans, dishes and eating utensils. A little more cabinet space for food storage would also be nice. We stayed the month of February. Thank you.

To start I booked and then saw a negative review and was concerned. so I contacted the host. The review was false. The unit is exactly as pictured. The unit was clean and had the things we needed. The AC was not locked on 72 as another review stated. This is a perfect area and one of my favorites. It is the first time I stayed at the location and will be back. We really enjoyed our stay,.

Great location and nicely decorated

The building was right next to the Gulf Place private beach access. It’s probably one of the easiest Gulf Place buildings to get to the beach! I loved that we had a bit of an ocean view. We sat outside almost every day eating our breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had a bunch of beach/pool toys and inner tubes for use which was a nice touch. Between the bunk beds and pull out couch, plus the master bedroom, we were able to fit a family of 6 easily. The only con, which I imagine is almost everywhere, is that we could hear people walking around upstairs a lot. Oh, and I prefer laundry to be in the condo. It was in the hallway but it was free at least to use. We would most likely book here again!
