⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"The property is as close to perfect as a vacation rental can get. My extended family and I had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and in a lovely setting. It is so well appointed and relaxing that we rarely left. The community pool is wonderful for all ages. The hiking trails are super close to the home. The home feels like it is nestled in a park. One morning we watched a family of deer playing on the hillside. We enjoyed quiet time on the deck as well as evenings around the fire pit. The house was exactly what we needed with plenty of areas to be together or find places for solitude. I also appreciated having a dedicated space to exercise, especially with a beautiful view of the woods. The town of Berkeley Springs is worth a visit-the baths are interesting, nice variety of shops, and the people are friendly and welcoming. Immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed house.

This is the second time we stayed in this house. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated. It has everything you need and of a good quality. For example, frying pans are not scratched like in many other places we stayed. Pillows and blanket clean with no stains, good refrigerator and dishwasher that really washes dishes 😄. Plenty of tableware and plates of various sizes. We had a very pleasant stay.

We are a large family who are spread out. This was a perfect location, right in the middle for all of us. The owners made the renting and checking in process so easy, the property and house are beautiful and the are is wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful house that feels like home

From the minute we walked into this beautiful vacation home we felt relaxed and comfortable. The owners pay tremendous attention to cleanliness and detail. Love the modern farmhouse decor. Excellent Location and Property

We had 14 women between 30 to 68 staying at the property. The property is do spacious we never felt crowded in any area we gathered in. We love the long dining room table with the extra seating it made for great meals and conversations! The community pool was a great addition to the trip and the short 15 minute drive to the beautiful Cacapon State Park we had a blast@

Comfortable Mountain Respite

Katie and Jimmy’s home was a beautiful getaway location for our family (and convenient for us coming from Fairfax, Pittsburgh, and Erie). We enjoyed the screened in porch for meals and drinks. Made use of the hot tub for a few cool mountain evenings and took advantage of the pool during the daytime. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked with utensils and cookware and the house to be super clean and decorated very nicely. We’d love to return for another getaway weekend in the future.

Incredible House

I've stayed in lots of houses and cabins, and this is by far the nicest one I've found. It could comfortably sleep 12+ people and is just gorgeous, plus there's lots of outdoor space. I went for a long weekend with friends and we were thrilled with everything. It's also well equipped with things you might need for a group getaway (like kitchen items). The host was friendly and very responsive and helpful. Will absolutely be back!

We are a group of four couples, we rent houses for our reunions couple of times a year in some nice nature spots. In more than 15 years of doing this, this house shines the best - everything was right in it: beautiful and modern design of this spacious house, everything of impeccable quality and in great order, spacious deck and sun room, campfire circle and hot tub outside, lots of places to hike and outdoor/indoor pools to swim. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful House - Wonderful Stay

We were a group of 12 adult friends staying for a long birthday weekend. The house had everything we needed and--regarding the kitchen--was the best stocked vacation rental I've ever had. Plenty of space for a huge group, plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms. The hot tub was phenomenal in the cold, the indoor fire place was key, and the dining room table fit all of us for our group dinners. The house is in a planned community but is set back in the woods enough that you feel complete privacy. Absolutely loved our stay. Only minor complaint is that sound travels a bit inside-- but that's nothing horrible. The owner had amazing communication and was willing to help out with reservation changes etc. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cabin, excellent for a group!

This cabin was lovely and well-appointed. My group was a bachelorette party of 9 women, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is laid out with lots of different zones where people can hang out in small groups, but the spaces were accommodating enough for us all to be together as well. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit every night, and loved taking in the beautiful mountainside views. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions, and was kind enough to accommodate a one-night extension when we decided we couldn't bear to leave just yet! We loved this cabin, and will be renting it again for future trips for sure!

Birthday Weekend

This was a great space for 9 of us to gather to celebrate a birthday. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together or to be alone. It is a beautiful home with many amenities, and well cared for. Communication with Katie was very good, and she seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable and aware of the many different opportunities to explore Berkeley Springs. We would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a spacious home that will be relaxing and roomy enough for everyone.

Amazing Mountain Getaway

We really loved our stay at this amazing mountain cabin in Berkeley Springs WV! We had 3 couples and 3 children ages 11-13. Great home to be together end enjoy each other’s company, but also plenty of room to spread out and have some privacy. We loved the pool table, hot tub, big bar area to gather around in the kitchen, and the huge sectional in the family room. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. There is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig available. Tons of firewood to enjoy the fire pit! We enjoyed the brewery which was a short hike or drive away. Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Fabulous space and wonderful hosts!

We went on a Christmas trip with 3 generations of our family. This was the PERFECT spot! Tucked away in a quiet beautiful area…plenty of space for everyone in the family…the kids loved the room downstairs w/bunk beds and the entertainment area down there, and the rest of us loved that the kids could be noisy and it didn’t bother the rest of us. We did a few visits to Whitetail for skiing. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind. The local brewpub was fun, but we only went once because we were having too much fun enjoying family dinner and drinks at the house. Most importantly, the hosts Katie and Jimmy were kind, genuinely concerned for our comfort, and were very generous. They are so easy to communicate with. We highly recommend a visit!

Great Relaxing Family Getaway

We had an amazing vacation! The house was wonderful with so much space for my entire family. There were 13 of us (8 adults and 5 kids). The rooms were nice and big with plenty of beds. We loved playing pool, playing cards on the poker table, enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The owners were very organized and thought of everything we would need. They even had fire starter logs and a lighter to get the fire going (kept in a rain proof box outside by the fire pit). We enjoyed exploring the small town of Berkley Springs, going for walks and hikes, went to Cacapon State Park, where there was a lot to do with the kids. Make sure to stop at the Brewery and The Winery near the house also! Katie was quick to respond if we had any questions! She was for sure a SUPERHOST!! Overall a great trip and we would visit this home again!! Thank you Katie for a great experience and for having such an amazing home! Our first trip to West Virginia was a success!

Perfect house for family!!

This house was the perfect place for 4 generations of our family to get together. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom (even if not all attached). The kitchen has everything we needed and more. We made all our meals at home, and there was plenty of space to prep, cook, and feed 12 people. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch. Very relaxing and we enjoyed sitting and enjoying the nature around us. Make sure you bring DVDs if you want to watch something. The satellite internet is spotty. We actually really enjoyed disconnecting and not having the TVs on all over the house. Cell phone service was good (we all have Verizon). There were plenty of things to do while visiting the area. Our kids really enjoyed the pool in the community. We also went to Berkley Springs State park a few times for the kids to play in the mineral springs. Cacapon state park was also a bit. We went paddle boarding, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, and played at the beach/swimming area. I definitely recommend driving up to the overlook too! It's beautiful and you can see 4 states from there. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all my questions when we were planning the trip and during our stay. A+++

Luxury "Woodsy" Getaway

Stop scrolling and rent this beautiful property NOW! The house is stunning - everything from the decor to the sheets and towels will make you feel pampered. The electric fireplace made the family room and open kitchen our favorite spot. There is a screened in back porch, and we enjoyed most of our meals out there. Most of the bedrooms have multiple beds, making this the perfect property if you're renting with another family or two. The kitchen was stocked with some basic cleaning supplies and everything we needed to cook. We taught our older kids how to play pool, and after the kids were down, we enjoyed the poker table in the basement game room (which has a second fridge - SCORE)! The chalet itself is set in the woods - so it is quiet and private. We rented this home for spring break along with another family. All of our kids are 5 and and under, and they loved exploring the woods surrounding the property with little buckets to collect specimens, rocks, etc.. We found a trail (the "white trail") on our property that kept us busy for hours. The owners, Katie and Jimmy, were great hosts - prompt in all of their communications, even after we checked-in. They recommended lots to do - but with little ones (and the pandemic), we spent most of our time at the house. We did check out the nearby winery (only open on Saturday afternoons, all fruit wine) and the brewery (excellent BBQ, beers, and service). There is a Food Lion not terribly far away that we visited a couple of times. We visited Cacapon State Park twice - once on Saturday to hike with the kids, and then again on Monday to let the kids use the playground. A couple of tips: Bring your own pool towels for the hot tub. If you need reliable WiFi, bring a hotspot, as the WiFi is on satellite. You may also want to download movies or shows ahead of time or bring DVDs. The house comes with a really nice Bose speaker, so we were glad we did not bother bringing our own. And consider staggering showers a bit - there is plenty of hot water, but we noticed a decrease in water pressure when we had too many showers going at once. We are looking forward to our next visit!
