This beautiful home is located in Settler's Bridge Subdivision off of Eagle Rd. where all the action is. Shopping and restaurants, including the new Village Shopping Center are just a couple miles away.
Settler's Bridge Subdivision is a nice community in Meridian with parks for the kids and a beautiful swimming pool open in the summer months. Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away.

Cozy winter home.

Perfect place for my husband & little dog to stay nest grandkids got Christmas. Owners even had a Christmas tree and stockings hung by the mantle. It was just what we wanted.

Great location and home all one level

This place served as well. Nice that it was all on one level. Kitchen had all the utensils one could ask for in order to do some cooking. Nice neighborhood to take walks.

Thanksgiving stay

House was an excellent place for our Thanksgiving gathering and so warm and welcoming. Really well equipped and fall decor made it feel so much like home. Location was perfect near everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The best 30 days!

We stayed for 30 days as we sold a house and waited for our new home to be completed. This house was like coming home. Comfortable doesn't do it justice. It had every comfort and convenience we could have hoped for. It is a great neighborhood, fantastic neighbors and conveniently located. It was clean and very comfortable . Our 30 days flew by.

Exceptional Host and Home

The Host is exceptional and responds to messages very quickly. This was our third stay in this beautiful, very clean and quite home. The home is in a great location and in a beautiful subdivision that is quiet all day. The home is like walking into your own home with all the amenities you need just bring your own food to enjoy home away from home. We look forward to our next stay.

Great for family stay

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood. It was the perfect spot for us while visiting friends who live in Meridian. The neighborhood pool was a hit with our kids and the location was ideal for exploring all around the Boise area. We appreciated how comfortable everything was...it felt very much like being at home. Definitely recommend for other families looking for a safe, cozy place in Meridian.

Fantastic House and Amazing Neighborhood

Perfect place for our family. Well stocked with everything you could need. The master bedroom w/ensuit is GORGEOUS. Everything was very clean, there were tons of extra linens and towels, and pillows. Next time we come through we would love to stay here again.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable for 4 adults and 1 child. We especially enjoyed the use of a pool since it was so hot while we were there.

Beautiful & Family friendly

We stayed with my niece and her cute little family. It was perfect!! The neighborhood is beautiful. The house was so clean and kid friendly. Beds were super comfy and we all felt right at home during our stay!! So many amenities and check in/check out were smooth and easy. I would totally stay here again!!!!

Family loves "the Christmas House"

We have stayed here 4 time's over the last 6 years. Its suits our needs perfectly. The kids love the memories we make there over the Christmas holiday. It comfortable and feels like coming home. We love the holiday activities around the area. The Kahn's are perfect hosts.

House is comfortably and well stocked. Currently carpets need cleaning but that is not unusual on a VRBO. We were quite comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood

Idaho Wedding Getaway

We came up for a friends wedding and to visit cousins we hadn’t seen in years. The house and experience was absolutely amazing. The beds were very comfortable and had the house had all the amenities of home! We brought our little cavapoo and we met so many friendly people on our walks. The house is also very centrally located. We would absolutely stay here again. The Host was so kind and helpful as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Quiet, Friendly inviting neighborhood.

Came for a wedding. It’s very relaxing & inviting as is the neighborhood and neighbors. Thank you everything was comfortable and great atmosphere. Host is very responsive. If any complaint, would be the soaps for washing hands seemed very watered down so had to wash 2-3 times to feel like got clean. But all amenities were comfy and thought of that we needed on this stay. Thank you. Would love to stay here again.
