Whether you're planning a quick weekend getaway with friends or a longer family vacation, Bearskin Lodge has everything you need for a memorable stay. Accommodating up to 7 guests and welcoming your furry friends, our cabin is the perfect retreat.

Security Deposit:
The security deposit is not counted in the total. The deposit is $300.00. This is fully refundable and not a charge just a temporary hold placed on the card 2 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure as long as there have been no damages. The deposit is through our company, Bearskin Lodges, and not through the booking platform.

Highly recommend!!

My family loved this cabin! It was a beautiful cabin and great property. The hot tub, Pac-Man arcade table, fire pit, and horseshoe pit were great additions! We had a few questions upon arrival and the host answered so quickly. This is an excellent place to stay and we plan to book here again on our next trip to Broken Bow.

A Place to Sleep

We were visiting the area for my niece’s wedding. Most of our time was spent with family at my sister’s cabin, but we wanted our own place to sleep. Although I booked thru VRBO, I had to make a hefty deposit from an emailed invoice and final booking details/communications were outside of VRBO. It made me uncomfortable, but fortunately it wasn’t a scam. The property was difficult to find, especially in the dark. The house was much smaller than expected, but beds and linens were comfortable. Upstairs loft was nice. Master bath was nice and roomy, but main bath was tiny. Towels were small, dingy and smelled like mildew. Kitchen seemed fairly well-equipped, though I didn’t cook anything. Ice maker didn’t work, but fridge/freezer was nice. It was good to have the washer/dryer available, though we didn’t use it other than to start a load of towels when we left (as instructed in the lengthy check-out list). We could’ve stayed at a less expensive cabin, but chose to pay more for this one because it had a hot tub. Sadly, it worked only for a short period of time, then a wrench icon came on the instrument panel and the hot tub wouldn’t come back on. The hot tub towels were also smelly. Overall, the cabin was pretty clean with the exception of the towels stinking, some random hairs all over the house, and a toilet that needed attention. The property served its purpose and we had a place to sleep, but it’s not a place I’ll choose again.

Vacation cabin

Very clean, cute little place, great porch with rocking chairs, plenty of blankets :) We enjoyed using the fire pit to roast hot dogs and marshmallows; kitchen was well-stocked. It was too warm in the house when we got there, (early June) especially in the loft where we were putting kids to sleep- it would have been great if the AC was on sooner/colder. Be aware that the toilet downstairs has very little knee clearance, even kids had to sit a bit sideways- larger adults may have an issue. Master bathroom was very spacious! Overall great stay for 4-6 people :)

Well stocked and clean - great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was super clean, cute, and well stocked with everything we needed! Tucked back in a neighborhood off the main road, it was peaceful, yet close to the attractions at Hochatown and Beaver's Bend State Park. Owners were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything We Were Looking For

My wife and our three children (ages 3, 7, and 10) loved this Thanksgiving trip! The cabin was extremely clean and exactly as advertised. The beds were so comfy, I slept better than at home. The property surrounding the cabin is spacious and beautiful. We had a blast hiking the numerous trails that were only a short drive from the cabin. The few questions that we had were answered by the owners swiftly. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this cabin. Other notes: Good wifi, Nice new hot tub, lots of deer.

30th Birthday Trip

We had a group of 6 women ranging from 21-55 and the place couldn't have been any better! Clean, new and had everything we needed for a weekend stay! Close to town yet so quiet in the mornings you could enjoy your coffee on the wrap around porch. We spent evenings and mornings in the hot tub and enjoyed the walks through the woods around the property. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Broken Bow.

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was perfect for our little getaway. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We brought our boat and had a great time on the lake. The whole area is just beautiful!

Wonderful time!

We loved our first trip to Broken Bow. The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. The communication with the owner was great and timely. The cabin was in a great location, close to hiking and the grocery store. We may have to make this an annual trip with our granddaughters.

Nice short getaway

My small family of 3 enjoyed our short getaway to Bearskin Lodge. The cabin was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was nice to sit around a camp fire, have a warm indoor fire on a chilly night, sleep very comfortably and everything we needed to cook a big breakfast. The town has several restaurants, shops and your typical tourist attractions. Broken Bow Lake was beautiful and we really enjoyed pizza and a couple pints at Mountain Fork Brewery. We were notified the day of our arrival that the hot tub would be non-functioning due to a part which, was a bit of a disappointment. Lastly, as a note to other guests, please be considerate of your neighbors. We had a group in a close by cabin that played very loud music while partying into the late night hours. You would think that at least one in the party would have shown more respect for those in the surrounding cabins.

Great spot close to fun things!

We stayed here with another family, 4 adults and 4 kids overall. The upstairs had plenty of room for the kids, between the ages of 5 and 12. Both beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The only downside we saw with the bed in the primary bedroom was the pillows easily slipped behind the headboard. Primary bathroom was nice and roomy. Bathroom for the rest of the house was tight but functional. Kitchen was nice, had all of the supplies we needed except a sponge. Plenty of nice chairs around the campfire ring, great for s'mores. We did have a family of racoons pay us a visit while we were sitting at the fire. One of the adults snuck up behind and grabbed the back of s'mores stuff. We scared it off before it ran off with the whole bag, it did snag a marshmallow though. A couple of hours later a racoon came back up to the same area, while we were sitting there, and looked around but we had put everything away. Close to plenty of spots for adventure, be it hiking, fishing, or boating. Would stay here again.
