This Townhouse is located beach block in Gardner's Basin. You will have beautiful bay views you will also be in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the Atlantic City Aquarium , famous Atlantic City Boardwalk, charter fishing boats, parks, and fishing areas. You will be a short ride to casinos and convention center. You can park your car in the driveway and forget about driving for the remainder of your stay if you wish. You can also acces Bus and jitney stops that are just across the street. This is the only vrbo rental I own and your happiness is my number one priority! :-)

Very satisfied!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was perfect, only steps from the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and very well maintained. Our host was always in communication with us and there if we needed anything. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a great location and clean rental.

Awesome stay

Wonderful weekend at the beach!

Everything we needed for a wonderful family beach weekend was here. The beach was just a short walk away and the area was so nice. Just a 10 min drive to the rides on the boardwalk. I would definitely rent this house again!

Great Atlantic City rental

Stayed here with friends and family for Memorial Day weekend while our daughter had a volleyball tournament at Harrah's. It was a perfect rental, extremely clean and well-equipped. The beach is truly steps away and it's short drive to the casinos and outlets,

Family Vacation

As first time AC vacationers, we couldn't have asked for a better host! Joe consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything to enjoy our stay. Beautiful home with water views

We loved staying at this property. Everything was clean and well equipped for our stay. I was so nice to not have to bring towels/linens or rent for our stay. Checkin and checkout were as simple as could be. Joseph communicated with us throughout our stay and was always prompt with responses.

Great for three-generation family vacation

The townhouse was in a great quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach. We loved the bikes and beach chairs with wagon! Check-in was super easy, and Joe was very responsive when we needed something. We also appreciated that there wasn't a long list of things to be done at checkout, especially since we had to leave very early in the morning.

Great place for family trip

The accommodation was generally spacious and we all slept very comfortably. Loved the proximity to the beach as well as boardwalk. The property also comes with beach essentials like chairs and a wagon. The owner made himself available and communicated the perfect amount. Highly recommend!

Great spot in AC

We had a great stay at this house. House was super clean and only a block from the beach. It was also a great location to walk to the casinos on the boardwalk. Highly recommend for any looking for an alternative to a hotel in AC. We are already talking about going back :)

Weekend in A/C for cheerleading competition.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood near the water and the aquarium. The townhouse had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. Joe checked in to make sure everything was ok and to make sure we didn’t need anything. Would definitely rent the townhouse again if in the area.

Location Location Location

My wife and I live in Arizona for half the year. So are two sons and their wives and their kids wanted to have a reunion at the shore. So we had six adults and two children aged 13 and four the layout of the house Was perfect for our needs. It’s such a short walk to the beach, and even the beginning of the Atlantic City Boardwalk is nearby We rode our bikes all the way down to the main boardwalk and it was so much fun

Basketball tournament weekend

Booked this house for a weekend for a girls basketball tournament and couldn’t have been more happy with the accommodations and location. Safe quiet area one block from the beach. House was in great condition, very clean and comfortable. Joe was very accommodating and was available to communicate with when needed. Thanks for hosting us Joe.

Hidden Gem Neighborhood of Atlantic City

6 friends over 50 had a great stay at this comfortable townhouse! It was stocked with kitchen utensils and comfortable bedding. The location is an easy walk to a beach, an aquarium and a few casual restaurants. It’s a drive to the casinos and main strip of the boardwalk, but we were satisfied to hang out in this less crowded area. Thanks Joe for being a great host.

Wonderful time!!

We enjoyed the location with younger children as the 2 block walk to the bay side beach is so convenient. The property was very clean. Joe was very helpful- even delivered ice! His communication made our stay all the better. This property is very clean and has lots of room and the neighborhood is safe.

Great place in a quiet area

I stayed here with my siblings (adults ages 23-40) for a family beach weekend and had a great time. The house was very clean and the host was attentive and communicative (thanks, Joe!). The neighborhood felt safe and was a pleasant, quiet area but a quick walk to the casinos, boardwalk, and beach. There’s a small beach area and park within a 5 min walk and the ocean side is a 20 min walk. For our group of 7, the house had plenty of space and was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of linens, towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc. We had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. We had three cars and street parking was easy to find. Overall I had a wonderful stay and would book again!

Tidal Wave Weekend!

Myself and my closest group of friends needed an escape to tidal wave music festival away from our children and this couldn’t have been more perfect! Joseph was so accommodating and everything was exactly what we expected! The house had everything we needed and more including bikes to ride over to back bay! The beds were incredibly comfortable and there was so many extra places to sleep it made it seem like we all had our own rooms! We are already booking by for next year!

Atlantic City Special

The family enjoyed this nice Gem of a home that was steps away from the beach. When you walk into the home, it’s obvious to see the owner (Joe) takes great pride in maintaining it. As a family, we appreciated all the beach supplies that were made available for us to use (coolers, chairs, corn hole game, bikes, etc.). Also, I appreciated that Joe texted me occasionally to answer questions and ensure we had what we needed. If we come back to Atlantic City, I’ll definitely plan our vacation around the availability of this special beach home! Thanks Joe!

Nice and clean townhouse at an excellent location

My family of 6 had a wonderful reunion at this lovely townhouse. The house is very clean and in a very quiet location, yet it is also very close to the ocean. Joe, the host, is very thoughtful. He prepared everything guests might need during their stay. Although my family mainly used the house as hotel rooms, we found that it has essentials for cooking, bikes, beach towels, chairs and other equipments for outdoor activities. Joe also maintained excellent communication throughout our stay. Thank you, Joe! This little gem provides a home away from home.

Beautiful Weekend

Stayed in this townhouse with my friend, my daughter & her two friends for a girls weekend. We found the house to be very clean & spacious. The beds were very comfortable as was the one roll away we used. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We had two cars & easily found a spot out front for the 2nd car with no problem. The house is a short drive to all the AC casinos/boardwalk excitement, but with enough distance to have a more relaxed atmosphere. It was a very easy, quick walk to the beach at the end of the street. It’s a perfect little beach area, it didn’t get that crowded & the bathrooms & outdoor showers at the comfort station were a plus. We very much appreciated the beach cart, beach umbrella & extra beach chairs the owner provides. The check in/out process was seamless. Joe was very attentive & easy to contact for any questions. We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again in the future.

In my opinion this is the nicest and safest neighborhood in Atlantic City. My property is steps from the surf and sand and steps to some of the best fishing in NJ, Atlantic City aquarium also A short ride to the casinos and convention center.
