The property manager is excellent however the pool enclosure was missing 3 panels due to hurricane, the kids swam in the bug infested pool until the 4th day when it was repaired. The house needs some updates but it is in an excellent location

Great family vacation

Everything was just as advertised in the Villa information.The kids enjoyed the pool especially at night with the coloured lights. Our host Angie was very helpful with any of our questions. We would certainly stay here again

Another great stay.

Enjoyed this beautiful house again. Clean home and pool. We spent most of our time using the pool area. Owner added a new outdoor dining set which we loved. The owner is very responsive.

Fabulous Vacation

The house was amazing and Angie the owner was so wonderful to deal with. My dream vacation came true. Had both of our children and grandchildren vacation together with us for a week. Would definitely recommend this home. The pool was the best. Thank You Angie.

Big house for family with beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

Communication with property manager Angie was wonderful, she responded quickly with any question or concern. The house has a lot of towels for both pool and bath. Pool was warm and lots of seating outside. Lots of good pots and pans, that is a plus for me as not all homes do. Great Location lots of shopping and stores near by. Beds were comfortable. View on the quiet canal was breathtaking and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood.. It was a great experience for our family and would recommend this property to other families.

Great outdoor space-comfortable beds

This is a beautiful property in a nice residential neighborhood. Lots of comfortable sleeping space and everything you will need. Truly the highlight is the outdoor space!! Heated pool, seating enough for everyone and a pool bath too, and all on a quiet canal. Amazing owner who was helpful and available ta answer all my questions. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Gorgeous, spotless and well equipped vacation home. We had the best experience. Will be back!

Home was located centrally to all we needed. Entire family had a great time. Spent most of it in the pool and fishing off the dock. Quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Less than 10 minutes from stores and dining. Property manager was responsive to all of our questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We look forward to future stays!

Perfect for families

We have a big family and we were so happy to find this beautiful, comfortable, and clean home to stay for a week. Check in was easy, the host was accessible for questions, the home was perfect and clean, the pool was incredible. One day there was a tropical storm but the kids weren't disappointed to hang out at the house all day because it was so amazing. I'd totally recommend!!

This house was great for our family vacation! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night! Spent very little time inside. Angie was so responsive and helpful with all questions I had. The house is just like the pictures…it is beautiful inside and out! We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Cape Coral!

Relaxing getaway

Angie is an amazing host. She takes pride in her property, it is well maintained and clean. Anytime we have to contact her, she responds immediately. The location of her property is perfect for morning and evening walks, it is close to a Dollar Store for last minute necessities and not far from grocery stores. We have a perfect stay every time!

We had a party of 10 and we never felt on top of one another. Super appreciate the locks high up on the doors so the littles couldn’t get to the pool area. Communication was great and we had a wonderful stay

Wonderful place to stay in Cape Coral

The house is very spacious and beautiful, even better than the pretty pictures online. The pool heated up 2 out of our 6 days there but other than that I would it was great. I highly recommend this nice home, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Would book again in a heartbeat!

It’s a beautiful house inside and out! We had 5 couples and the house suited us great, the pool and hot tub were on our daily agenda besides enjoying everything else the area had to offer. Great central location to Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Also noticed some features like latches at the top of the doors going to the pool that gave me confidence the next trip could be with the kiddos.
