Direct Private Beach Access - Newly Renovated Condo - Heated Pool

Newly renovated beach condo in beautiful St. Augustine. Enjoy beach access through a private pier or choose one of the three private pools (one is heated) or two hot tubs on the condo complex. The complex also has a gym and outdoor gas grills.

The condo itself has been recently renovated with beautiful finishings. It is fully-equipped with everything you need from kitchen gadgets to a washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out into a bed to accommodate a total of six people.

Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of St. Augustine or visit the historic Spanish colonial fort, the alligator farm, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, or the Pirate and Treasure Museum. There's plenty of fun to be had in St. Augustine!

Includes one dedicated parking space with a guest space (first come, first served) directly next to it and other guest spaces in the parking lot.

Girls time away

Myself and 2 other friends stayed 4 nights. Two of us went to a concert at the St Augustine Amphitheater which is close by. Grocery stores near by as well. We will definitely return and hopefully stay longer.

Radically convenient to the beach, the pool, Anastasia State Park, Saltwater Cowboys, the Old City. Very spacious!! Loved it!

The property is quiet, relaxing with direct beach acess. Away from all the tourist crowds with a well appointed kitchen. Close to publix supermarket. Enjoyed our stay.

AMAZING condo

This condo is exactly as pictured! Very modern and in great condition. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and pools are close as well. The beds are extremely comfortable. We didn’t want to leave!

Spring time get away

Everything was really nice. We have stayed there a couple of times the only thing is that the master bedroom and the kitchen window does not have window screens maybe have some installed love the fresh air.

Beautiful Place

We had an amazing stay at this newly renovated condo, it was beautiful with lots of cozy beach touches; very comfortable mattresses and linens. The two porches were so convenient too! We enjoyed the pools and long walks to the beautiful beach. We hope to stay here again.

Great beach. About a quarter mile walk. Unit was nice. Stocked chairs and beach towels. Close to restaurants. The gym is not nice. Host communication was very good.

Nice location

We have rented in this community before and really like it. It’s a little bit older community and some of the exterior areas are now in disrepair. That’s not a reflection on the condo owner at all. Just a general observation of the complex. The condo owner was extremely responsive to an HVAC issue we had that was completely out of her control. We couldn’t have asked for better service. The condo itself is nice, could probably use a fresh coat of paint but was otherwise in good shape. I think its a great value compared to others in the area.

Wonderful stay

Family of 5 with infant had plenty of room and had a wonderful time! Condo was as advertised. Updated and clean. Location was a short walk to a beautiful big beach. Convenient to great restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend!

Just the right spot

This was a perfect condo rental for 5 of us; four adults plus one teenager. We were in St Augustine for a wedding and the location made it easy to get right into downtown. And we were just a few steps from the beach!

Quick Getaway

Property was nice and clean, with easy check in and check out. Host was very responsive. So nice to be a quick walk to direct beach access. We had an 8-month pregnant woman in our group and she had no problem with the walk to and from the beach. Super convenient to have multiple pools on site with one very close to the unit. Would recommend and stay again.

Paradise at my fingertips

I loved my vacation getaway here! It’s peaceful, a few steps from the pool, a great evening Florida summer breeze on the back deck! And most of all, clean!! And the hostess was wonderful and accommodating. I have already booked for next year!! The perfect paradise getaway.

We stayed with family to visit St Augustine but didn’t want to stay in busy downtown. This was perfect for us. Nice walk down to beach. Reasonable distance from the city. We loved it and will be back on our own!

Ocean condo

The condo was just like it was listed everything was nice and clean. The walk to the ocean was great. The pools were wonderful. We booked for next year already. Neighbors were so nice And the owners were great no issues at all. Had a wonderful vacation.

Great Getaway!

This was a great place for a quick get away. Pictures are exactly how we found it. Not far to downtown St. Augustine. Quiet location during the winter. A long walk to get to the beach, but the path is right by the condo along with one of the pools right out the back door. The owner easy to work with. Had to call one time upon check in and she was extremely nice.

Wonderful vacation

Everything was wonderful. The only issue was we couldn’t check in until 5:30 because the property wasn’t cleaned yet. We reached to the owner and she fixed it right away. Other than that the property was exactly as listed. Very relaxing and nice property. Everyone was very friendly. The beach was a short walk away.
