About this property

L'Espiaube - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 6

We propose you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Lary-Soulan, this charming flat with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 27 m² and which can welcome up to 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of about 12 m², a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, extractor fan, cookeo robot, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine and 1 double sofa bed
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- A room located opposite the flat, to store your ski equipment, suitcases etc.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

You will be in the heart of the resort of St Lary Soulan Pla D'Adet, close to all the shops: ski schools, mini-markets, ski equipment hire shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries, ski clothes shops...
All you have to do is cross the road to be on the slopes!
In the village of Saint Lary: Thalassotherapy centre, cinema, swimming pool open in summer

Activities :
Winter: Ski, snow, snowshoes, sledging, outdoor ice rink (Saint Lary Village)...
Summer: paragliding, mountain biking, hiking...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.
- Shuttle-bus to Espiaube-Pla d'Adet 1900 m
- Chairlift and eggs to reach Saint Lary 2400.
- Several shuttle bus stops throughout the resort to serve the accommodation and other facilities of Saint Lary 1700.
- Shuttle bus from the town of Tarbes.

Other remarks:
- Free Wifi available.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The accommodation is completely non-smoking.
- The cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you, otherwise a deduction from the deposit may be made.
- Bed linen and towels are not included. If you bring your own sheets, we advise you to bring a 160x190 sheet for the sofa beds.

De las instalaciones no tengo queja 🙁 Se me retuvieron 500 euros dos días antes de entrar, cosa que me pareció un abuso, pero es que tres días después de salir aún no me han devuelto la fianza. No se de quién es culpa, si del apartamento o de Booking, pero sin duda es un abuso que hará que no vuelva a usar booking nunca más. Esperemos que algún día me devuelvan la fianza... Quién sabe"

Bel appartement bien équipé

Très bel appartement Très bien équipé, un cellier juste en face de l’appartement pour disposer les affaires de ski. L’appartement est situé dans un immeuble au pied des pistes. Petit bémol il serait bon de préciser les dimensions du canapé-lit du salon car les draps de 140 ne sont pas adaptés, il faut prévoir plutôt un drap-housse de 160 préciser également dans l’annonce qu’une caution de 500 € est débitée (ce qui n’est pas le cas de toutes les locations de vacances ! ) donc c’est mieux quand on est prévenu !

L'Espiaube "Appartement totalement rénové dans lequel on se sent de suite comme à la maison ! Décoration moderne et cocooning. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'emplacement et la vue magnifique sur toute la vallée ! Piste de ski accessible à pied, supérette à proximité, garderie etc... Équipé en totalité, notamment pour les enfants ce qui est appréciable ! (Chaise haute, rehausseur, poussette.. c'est top !) Tout petit bémol sur le ménage à notre arrivée (résidus de nourriture sous le canapé, et four pas très propre). Nous reviendrons sans problème si l'occasion se présente."
