Situated mere steps away from Franconia's gourmet grocer, deli, coffee shop, gas station, and several restaurants, this property promises convenience and comfort at every turn. Located betwee Interstate 93's exits 37 & 38, you'll delight in the comfort of the churchbells ringing over the sound of 'country quiet.'
Welcome onto your private front porch then turn the key into the chic living room with leather sofa & accompanying comfortable seating that will have your feet up and relaxing. A smart TV, games, and guidebooks keep you entertained. Free wifi is available too!
Our fully equipped kitchen awaits, ready to cater to all your culinary whims, complete with a backyard propane barbecue for summer cookouts. From the Keurig/pot coffee system to the blender and crock pot, new pans & tableware, you're prepared to enjoy dining or take out at the dining room table.
A first floor closet offers tremendous space for hanging/storing outerwear and sporting equipment. Here, we provide our guests "camping" chairs for your leisurely days at Echo Lake!
On our carpeted second floor, indulge in a restful slumber in our king-size bedroom featuring ample bureau space, and a walk-in closet. Alternatively, the queen bed room offers a spacious retreat, complete with a reading nook and desk for those seeking a peaceful moment of solitude. Need additional sleeping arrangements? Cribs and roll-away beds are available upon request. And both rooms feature separate thermostats for winter; remote controlled window air conditioners for summer.
The private bathroom is roomy and features a tub over shower (with great water pressure!), a single vanity, storage closet and commode.
The apartment boasts modern amenities including a dishwasher, full-size LG stacked washer-dryer, a second smart TV, CD/Radio stereo, alarm clocks, iron, and WiFi.
Guest parking for two vehicles is designated, exclusive, and plowed for your visit.
The communal yard is meticulously maintained by the owner. We value tranquility and kindly request that barking dogs remain at home and any pet waste be promptly disposed of. Rest assured, no parties are permitted, ensuring a peaceful stay for all our guests.

We're a west coast family and Franconia is the place we like to be. It's a hometown return, whose returns were once obligated by family, but now we're loving the joys of the North Country's natural beauty, the simplicity of small town life and, perhaps most, the joy of being amongst the friends who are family.
Why they chose this property
So many reasons, but for you, Stranger, we'll just say Main Street Franconia is awesome. It's got sidewalks and places to walk to. We lived in the deep woods growing up and we missed people. The 4th of July parade will go by here. The library is about 6 doors down. The park at the Dow is close. And there may even be hockey up the street - weather permitting!
We love the ability to walk to get coffee and a newspaper, a tool from the hardware store; to be able to pop on the freeway to wherever, yet still have the country quiet with the Gale River just across the street.

It's homey! With a lovely front porch and assigned parking, this property has simple ease of function. Cozy, it's got lots of closet space on both floors, a great washer and dryer & lovely permanent neighbors on both sides.
It's great location! Convenient to Cannon Mountain/Echo Lake (3 miles), Littleton (8 miles) and all things outdoors, this property makes the perfect basecamp.
You don't have to be outdoorsy! We're kayak and waterslide people. But if you're woods, hiking, skiing or mountain bikers, everything is nearby. And having a burbling "river" across the street feels outdoorsy! (And the bears. We do have them!)
