South Tampa home with Hot Tub

Experience the S. Tampa life. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars and only blocks from the neighborhood park. Just minutes from everything in Tampa; downtown, Channel Side, Hyde Park, Raymond James, waterfront restaurants, Ybor City, Bayshore Blvd. and centrally locate to take bridges to St. Petersburg and the beaches .

4 bedrooms/2 bath, high ceilings, great backyard with 4 person hot tub; smart TVs in every bedroom/WiFi; large open kitchen, washer/dryer, piano, large salt water aquarium, 3 porches perfect for enjoying your favorite book or morning coffee; long driveway with carport with lots of parking space. 4th bedroom is an office space with a pull out sofa/master suite adjacent to the back porch. 1 King bed 2 Queen beds. Two twin mattresses in the office closet if needed.

We would love to share our home with you! Please let us know if you have any questions.

-If you don't want to drive Uber and Lyft fares are generally around $6-10 to get to the local spots.

Great hospitality

This was a great choice for my family and I. The house was spacious and the amenities were just what we needed. It was too hot to use the hot tub but the back yard was perfect to sit and relax! The Alexa speaker allowed us to enjoy our favorite tunes to get our day going. Kelly was outstanding with communication and getting back to us in a timely manner. We locked ourselves out and she had no issues with getting us access to the house. We also left a few items and she mailed them to our home. Don’t miss out on this beautiful home! Thanks for everything Kelly!!

Our family loves South Tampa, but we also love getting out and seeing new places. We hope you have a good time while you are here.

Why they chose this property

This is a great home for adults and kids. We love to spend time in our back yard and on the back porch. It is a nice, yet comfortable home with large areas for gathering and spending time together. We love to cook so there are lots spices and accoutrement. There is an outdoor heater and grill that are old and difficult to work, but functional. If you want to use them, you will need to call us.
