Just alright
Very cute neighborhood. Convenient enough, Short walk to the Metro. Host prepared a very nice welcome basket. Would have been a five star, but these were all the cons:
-4 different codes to get into 4 different doors, the most important 2 which are the ones outside had poor lighting, it’s nerve-racking if you’re alone or it’s late. Hallways smell and R unkept.
-The AC units are not mounted or affixed in anyway to the windows so you have to have these 6’ high windows open with the AC on because the exhaust hose from the AC has to be mounted by the guest through the window. So be prepared to have open windows which allow max noise in the early mornings for the street cleaning, rubbish collection, ppl, etc. I will admit with the windows open the AC still kept the apartment cool.
-There will not be enough hot water for 2 ppl to shower back to back so prepare to space out your hygiene experience.
-The L/R furniture is uncomfortable, squeezed in tight and filthy. Stains all over the white chairs and a filthy rug
-The water sprays all over the floor in the room with a private shower so when you step out, it’s very slippery.
-The room with the ensuite w/WC &Tub is not good for 2 adults. They have a queen size bed in a king size space so only one person can get out of bed from the side. The person stuck In the corner has to shimmy in and out from the bottom. Pictures oversell this place. 3 ppl bumping into each other always.
