This holiday rental for 6 people with private pool is located in Cheval Blanc, in the Luberon (Vaucluse department). This lovely farmhouse is located in the centre of this typical small Provençal village in the Vaucluse. It is a former coaching inn and its stables that have been renovated to create this charming Provençal house in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park.
Cheval Blanc is the ideal holiday destination for those wishing to discover the charms of the Luberon and the ancestral Provençal culture. The village owes its name to the inn of the same name, which served as a stopover for travellers before taking the ferry to cross the river.
Nature is omnipresent and the many hiking trails that cross it, between centuries-old olive trees, intoxicating lavender and bucolic hills. Peaceful in places, lively in others, the village is a true haven of peace, in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park. With a rural and traditional appearance, the streets and buildings form a charming and harmonious ensemble to stroll and discover the Provençal architecture. To go further in the discovery of this unique architecture, the Saint-Paul church or the Sainte-Thérèse chapel are remarkable points of interest. The pretty through streets of the village centre await walkers, with their share of bars, gourmet restaurants and local shops. Many flea markets and night markets punctuate local life and bring joy to the village's arteries. Other curiosities, natural this time, the Carpentras and Saint-Julien canals, originally used to power the mill wheels, give the place a unique atmosphere. Not far from the village, a lush nature opens its arms to the walker in search of peace and quiet.

This charming house with private pool in Cheval Blanc has a very pleasant 400 m2 enclosed garden, in which it is possible to park 2 vehicles.
The garden consists of:
A pleasant private chlorinated pool in service from April to the end of October (8m x 4m, depth of 1.50m to 1.90m, with steps access and secured by an alarm).
A 80 m2 private terrace facing west in the shade of the many trees on the property, equipped with a large outdoor table, 6 chairs, 4 sun loungers and 2 garden sofas.
A gas and traditional barbecue are available.
The house is attached on one side. The second attached part consists of apartments rented out all year round. The entrance to these accommodations is independent from the main entrance of this rental.
INTERIOR
This charming house with private pool in Cheval Blanc covers 160 m2, spread over two levels.
Its carefully designed contemporary decoration favours natural materials, combining modern comfort and traditional Provençal architecture. The house was renovated in the mid-1990s to give this former coaching inn a modernity appreciated by our guests.
GROUND FLOOR
A large 95 m2 open-plan living area divided between:
A beautiful 12 m2 fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A large 45 m2 air-conditioned living room, with a TV equipped with a DVD player.
A pleasant 38 m2 dining room.
A separate toilet with a hand basin.
1ST FLOOR
-An 18 m2 air-conditioned bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub, shower and two sinks.
-A 15 m2 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed. (The occupants of this room must go to bedroom 1 to wash)
-A 30 m² bedroom/studio, air-conditioned and equipped with an adjoining bathroom ( 1 sink, shower, and separate toilet), accommodating 2 people with either two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge/freezer, cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker).
A separate toilet.
Maximum occupancy: 6 people.
Security deposit: €500. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €150.
Household linen included (sheets, duvets, pillows, bath towels, tablecloths and tea towels).
You will need to provide your own pool towels.
Small pets allowed on request with a supplement of €35/animal.
Free WIFI connection.
Electricity according to consumption from the beginning of the 3rd week of September to the end of the 2nd week of June.
Tourist tax according to the current rate.
Baby equipment on request: cot and high chair.

The owner has committed to an eco-responsible approach.
The owner manages his purchases responsibly (local products, refillable cleaning products...).
The house has a yellow, green and blue container for selective sorting.

Only organic fertilizers are used for the garden, which is composed solely of local species.
