Lake Wallenpaupack: Lakefront Home & Seasonal Dock Slip
Camp Parker is on Lake Wallenpaupack, which is a reservoir in Northeastern PA. It has 52 miles of shoreline and Camp Parker is situated right on that shoreline! You will have access to a private backyard that reaches a calm cove that opens up to the lake. The seasonal dock and the boat slip are yours for your stay.
Camp Parker has 3 bedrooms, which sleeps 10 with all the comforts of home. Relax in your open living room with three reclining couches in front of the 65" Smart TV. All the furnishings and beds are new. Make a meal in your large eat in kitchen with a 10' hand crafted live edge table from the trees harvested on the property. Look closely at the table. An outline of our lake is burned into it. Appliances are all new stainless steel. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, silverware and pots/pans. There is even a clam pot! The outside large covered deck runs the whole length of the home with another 12' table outside with benches to fit the whole family. There is a BBQ grill for your grilling pleasure. This is a great hang out for rainy days. There is also a quiet sitting/relaxing area on the other side. Go down either of the two gated stairways to our private path to the lake. Hang out at the fire pit overlooking the lake in the Adirondack chairs or sit out on the dock in the sun. Bring your boat and tie up at our private dock for the week. The cove is wonderful for floating, kayaking or hanging out.
Master bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom is also a queen bed. The Bunk room has 3 twin hand-crafted bunks (by my awesome husband) for a total of 6 beds. All sheets are washed and put on your beds prior to your arrival. Towels are also provided under the sinks in each bathroom. We purchased the same brand Smart TV's for every room for your convenience. There is one in each bedroom plus an Xbox in the bunk room.
Once you arrive, make sure you check out the Camp Parker Guidebook with our favorite area activities and restaurants, etc. in the area.
There are so many things to do from water sports to hiking to anything in between. Camp Parker is also the perfect place to relax and just enjoy life on the lake!

We really enjoyed our stay. Fall is a great time to visit.
Close to the marina so easy access to boat launch. Owners were very responsive and easy to keep in touch with. I highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay at Camp Parker this past week. They have a beautiful home, great access to the water, and so many amenities to make your stay fantastic. Great communication! Thank you for a wonderful week!
Had a great time enjoying this property with my family for our annual vacation. Have stayed at the lake before, but this quiet cove was a great way to relax and spend time together!
I would give this property a 10 star rating, its an amazing property with great amenities, pictures do not do it justice. The owners are AMAZING, and very attentive. you can tell that they have put their hearts into this place, and the attention to details are breath taking. We are already thinking of coming back.
My family and I loved our stay for a long weekend on the lake. Pattiann was great with checking in to make sure our stay went smoothly. Definitely recommend to any looking to stay in this area!
We had a great vacation at this house! The house was in the perfect location, was super clean and offered an awesome experience for our whole family! We loved the easy access to the lake, fire pit and the whole vibe of the property was perfect for a lake getaway vacation. Pattiann and Ty were fantastic hosts, very responsive and helpful any time we needed anything and we really appreciated the toys they put out knowing we had a 4 year old. I grew up in this area and have rented several houses on the lake for family vacations when we come back to visit and this house is by far the best we’ve stayed at! We absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to rent again in the future! Would give 10 stars if I could!
Place is beautiful. Owners are very nice. Supplied us w smores upon arrival along w fire starter logs and even put out salt licks for wild life. Very clean easy to get to worth every penny.
Check in was a breeze, we didn't have to fiddle with a lock box and keys, only a Pass code provided. The view was great in the fall. Everything was clean and as described. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and provided everything we needed for a seamless stay. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you!
Amazing & comfortable retreat for teens to Seniors. Easy access to dock & lake. Beautiful views & quiet. Owners provided everything you could need. My son especially loved the bunk beds!
This waterfront property was located in a quiet cove of the lake, which was lovely and private. The house was well stocked, clean and communication with the owner was a breeze. We will definitely be looking to book again, summer and winter!
Enjoyed a weekend here with the guys. Ty and Pattiann kept the cabin meticulously clean and well stocked. Had plans to go out and do other things, but ended up mostly staying put because we had everything here -- dock, lake, swimming, grilling, and fire pits. Thanks for a good and memorable stay.
I cant say enough good things about our whole experience at Camp Parker! Communication with Pattiann was perfect. She went above and beyond what anyone could expect from a host. The home is absolutely beautiful! Everything was spotless! They thought of everything to make our family vacation a trip we will treasure forever! The location is ideal for visiting local restaurants, shopping and area attractions along with the beautiful waterfront setting! Thank you for sharing your home with us and for the thoughtful gift basket that was waiting for us on our arrival! We are all looking forward to our next visit!
I would give you 10+ stars if I could!!
The pictures in this listing don’t do the property justice. Went away for a guys weekend and we all enjoyed it! The owner was extremely easy to deal with and very welcoming. Highly recommended!
We had a group of ladies here and just enjoyed a quiet weekend away. Hosts were great, location was great. Kayaks available, plenty of table space and outdoor seating. Lots of laughs and bean bag games.
Beautiful lovingly built house with exposed beams, sits on quiet cove. Walk to the lake was easy , no treacherous stairs. Great open porches to gather on for meals, games and hanging out with fans to blow away the mosquitos. . Well equipped kitchen. Generous supply of towels, blankets and throws made things very homey and comfortable., nice touches for small children and great stash of games. Excellent for WFH/staycation, WIFI supported working
This home and property were fantastic. Immaculately clean, brand new, with every possible amenity: a basket of ingredients for s’mores, TVs with streaming service in every room, TWO fire pits with kindling and wood galore, a great dock and swimming in the cove, the list goes on. Hosts immediately responsive to any question. Beautiful wooded property between the house and the lake. Blue Herons, turtles, and deer.
Beautiful home and very well equipped. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. Interior was as displayed in the listing a bit dark due to the porch and tree cover. Launching kayaks was challenging due to steepness of the beach. I thought it inappropriate of owners to leave political flag on waterfront while renters were there.

My husband and I looked for years for property on Lake Wallenpaupack. We finally stumbled upon this hemlock forest leading to the lake in 2013. We purchase the property the very next day. Then we started dreaming and eventually building in Dec 2017. We have done most of the work ourselves, so there is a lot of sweat equity in this house! We just received the final CO Spring of 2021!
Why they chose this property
This property is a hemlock forest leading to the lake. What more can you ask for?
What makes this property unique
Our property is situated on a cove with only one other dock. It is very calm. Your boat will be safe from the beating some boats get on the main lake. We also have space between our neighbors. We can see their homes but we are not on top of each other. That is a bonus for a lake property! We have a gentle slope to the lake - no steps. We also have a large parking area for your vehicles in the front of the house.
