Three bedroom, two bath, newly remodeled home with an open floor plan. Perfect for entertaining. The house is close to everything, restaurants, grocery stores, Costco, Sam’s Club, highways, some of the best off road, ATV, side by side, dirt biking, hiking, mountain biking trails and spring training for Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. We are 2.5 miles to Surprise Stadium. The backyard is a beautiful oasis.

Great Place

Our month flew past. A great property in a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and I did not want for any kitchen implement. The bed is so comfortable that we asked Dawn for information on the mattress. It was just the two of us but would be a great place for an extended family holiday. If you are bored at the Grand then you are just not trying.

Amazing

I highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to book short or long term! The home is beautiful with every convenience, the pool and grounds maintained regularly, the smarTV and Internet is state of the art, and communications with the owner with any questions is answered right away. I was so inspired, I bought a home in The Grand while I was there. Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfection in Arizona

Our weeks in your beautiful 5 star home were perfect. We enjoyed the house, the back yard and hot tub, and The Grand community. The fully stocked kitchen provided everything we needed for meal prep, and we appreciated all the thoughtful extras included by the home owners. Many golf courses and great restaurants in the surrounding area to enjoy. Such a wonderfully relaxing vacation. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great home away from home

We stayed here for a week while visiting my parents who live in the community so we had some place to work during the day and have a little space from one another. This place fit the bill perfectly. It was a incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-stocked place to spend a week. Great back patio with built in grill. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Great place!

I highly recommend this property - very clean, remodeled. House is fully equipped with all of the necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice outside space. Great location with easy access to the 303. Good communication with the owner. Easy check in process. Thank you Dawn!

Beautiful place, I was visiting my father in Sun City and the location was perfect.

Easy check in and beautiful home. Everything we needed to cook and relax was there. Quiet neighborhood
