We stayed here for family weekend at Ohio university. It is only a 35 minute drive to Athens. The cabin is really clean, bigger inside than what we was thinking. The cabin is on a nice size of property. We enjoyed the fire pit, and the privacy of the property, it’s really secluded. Great communication with the host. I’m a neat freak and I felt comfortable in the cabin. We will be returning to this cabin for a week getaway in the near future.
Quiet, peaceful, wonderful fire pit, could have more silverware. Wish we had planned on doing more cooking over fire at cabin. Great place to getaway for a few days. A lot of open space to play games in yard
We stayed here with 6 ppl and had plenty of room . It is a nice cabin the only thing was there wasn't a dresser for the main bedroom. Would definitely stay again was very private and quiet.
The cabin was fantastic! Very clean and includes a full kitchen. The custom made fire pit was wonderful to use as well. No Wifi, but not a con in our case as we were looking to unplug.
We enjoyed our stay , beautiful cabin and property!

Why they chose this property
Our Dad/Paw built this Cabin with his own two hands. He logged the wood off this property, sawed it himself, then brought it back to the cabin and built it. The Blueprint of the Cabin was done on a scrap piece of paper with a pencil over morning coffee and a Marlboro Red. This cabin is one of the many ways that this loved mans memory will always go on.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy our Cowboy Cooker FirePit that was welded together at our shop. It is one of a kind and makes for the best outdoor dining experience!
