PLEASE MESSAGE US PRIOR TO BOOKING IF TRAVELING FOR ANY SPECIAL EVENTS OR PURPOSES IN ORDER TO REVIEW HOUSE RULES.

Guests have full access of the house with the exception of the locked maintenance closet. The backyard is shared with other guests. We ask that you are respectful, throw away trash and cigarette butts.

Prior to arrival, I will send you check-in instructions. They will include the door code. No having to meet at a specified time for check-in! You arrive when you get here - and you have access immediately! I am on call should you have any questions or anything breaks, etc. I always leave a phone number for another member of my staff if I am out of town. And I always respond to AirBNB messages quickly.

East Riverside, Uptown. House is on a busy commercial street which goes the entire distance across Uptown down the river. Walk to bars, restaurants, shopping, or catch an uber for a quick ride Uptown or downtown.

Base rate is valid for up to 4 guests. Additional guests are an additional charge. Max occupancy of 6.
If you find you have less guests than your original booking, 1 price adjustment may be made prior to your arrival. Refund is 50% of additional guest fee up to 1 week prior to arrival.
21 minimum age for primary renter.

We really enjoyed staying in this part of New Orleans. We had shops, restaurants, breweries, and of course, Tipitina's all within walking distance.

Great location, surprisingly quiet

We loved our time here. Very clean, quick response on the 1-2 issues we had during our week. Surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was! Local restaurants were great. Hope we make it back one day!

House was great and well furnished. Close to really good food and the Garden District. Rouse’s Grocery was just down the road. French Quarter and downtown only 10-15 minute drive.

Baseball getaway

Came for a baseball tourney and the stay at the property was great! Couple of minor issues but would recommend to anyone else coming into New Orleans! Hopefully we can bring the whole family back soon.

Everything we needed!

We came in to town for a wedding but didn’t want to be in separate hotel rooms. We have mixed feelings about the location. It was away from the “city” so we spent on ride shares to do the wedding events and tourist sites. That was extra we’d rather not have spent. We loved walking for coffee, tacos, fais do do and beer in the Tchoupitoulas neighborhood. We did that every day. Close enough to Magazine Street to enjoy that too. The street can get really busy too. Mostly during commuter times - noisy but traffic noise not bar noise - different. Okay for us. And bedrooms are away from road. Perfect crash pad for our adult family.

Lovely NOLA home

We had a great time in NOLA thanks to this lovely shotgun home. Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We discovered a few minor issues that were swiftly corrected (a broken toilet handle and a non functioning bathroom door lock), so thank Ann-Marie at Pinhas Properties for her time and attention over Christmas week.

Nice place, and great location

The place was comfortable, safe and fit our needs well. It's not fancy but is in a location that is very accessible to lots of cool stuff. There is some traffic and train noise, but that was manageable. Overall, we had a great time here.

Great home base

Stayed with our teenage children for a week in July. The property was a great base to work from, it had plenty of room and the air conditioning was phenomenal!! Loved the proximity to Magazine Street, got pretty good at the bus and streetcar system by the end, and really enjoyed Uptown’s not-so-obvious restaurants and shops. Lightning flipped a circuit breaker one night and the host got back to us in minutes regarding the location of the panel to repair the issue. Would stay again!
