We propose to you to rent, in the district Saint Cyprien, this charming duplex with wifi, of a surface of 32 m ², can accomodate 2 travellers. Located on the 3rd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 17 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom on the floor with a breathtaking view of the dome of La Grave, a shower room, a separate toilet, a laundry area. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 17 m² living room with sofa, coffee table, TV
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A laundry area with plenty of storage space
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Outside :
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment, place de l'Estrapade. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the Indigo Saint Cyprien underground car park 350m away (5 min walk).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Metro Saint Cyprien Line A stop Gare Matabiau (10 min)
- Nearest airport: Metro line A stop Les Arènes - Tramway T2 connection (30 min)
