Chalet Robin is located a 5-minute walk from the heart of the resort and the shops of Doucy Combelouviere at an altitude of 1400 m. Along the Chantemerle green slope, you access, skis on, directly to the Grand Domaine de Valmorel (165 km of slopes). Starting point for more than 200 km of marked trails, the Robin chalet will seduce you with the warmth of its wooden interior and the comfort and modernity of its equipment (free wifi, TV, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen and refurbished in 2023). Facing the Vanoise glaciers, its south-facing terrace offers you an exceptional view of the mountains. The resort has a mini children's club, located a 5-minute walk from the chalet. In winter and nearby you can discover the pleasure of snowshoe hikes, night outings in a tracked buggy... In summer, the resort's heated swimming pool, located 100 m from the chalet, opens its doors to you. The tennis courts, the downhill enduro mountain bike course, a skate park and the hiking and mountain biking trails between forests and mountain pastures will delight young and old alike. For your welcome and comfort, your beds are made upon your arrival in the winter season.

Herbstliche Ruhe in atemberaubender Bergwelt

Sehr gemütliches Holz-Chalet, gut ausgestattet, durchdacht und nett eingerichtet. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation, sowohl mit dem Vermieter (Umbuchung) als auch mit dem Verwalter (Check-in/-out). Wir haben die Ruhe in der Nebensaison (Oktober) sehr genossen.

Ideal avec de jeunes enfants

Excellent séjour, le bon enneigement nous a permis un départ skis aux pieds depuis la terrasse, une descente en luge jusqu’au village : Idéal pour les enfants. Pour les snowboardeurs plusieurs téléskis à enchainer avant de rejoindre les pistes adaptées

Tout était nickel : emplacement - appart sur piste verte! ESF tout proche. Idéal pour ski avec enfants. Proprio et responsable accueil hyper disponibles et sympas. Bref, vacances de rêve à Doucy :-)

Another great week in Doucy

This is the second time we have stayed in the ground floor apartment of Chalet Robin. The location is great for a short stroll or ski to tge village centre and the chairlift of Doucy Combelouviere. Thank you!

Très bien

Logement propre, bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Le plus : une terrasse plein sud spacieuse très appréciée. Très proche de la piscine de la station. Point négatif sans lien avec le logement : remontées mécaniques ouvertes seulement 2 jours par semaine en été et ne montant pas au plus haut.

Fantastisch gelegen. Voor jong en oud.

Een vakantieverblijf met alles er op en er aan. Binnen compact met buiten een riant terras om heerlijk te genieten van de rust die de omgeving uitstraalt. Het ontbreekt echt aan niets, zelfs aan de BBQ en zonnestoelen is gedacht. Het zwembad ligt 50 meter verder het doodlopend straatje in midden in de natuur en perfect verzorgd. Ook in de zomer is er voor jong en oud van alles te beleven. Wil gaan mountainbiken in de bergen dan ga je mountainbiken, wil je wandelen dan ga je wandelen op één van de vele wandelpaden met fenomenale vergezichten, wil je met de lift? Ga je met de lift. Boomklimmen etc. etc. Om elke hoek tref je weer iets anders om van te genieten voor jong en oud. Het is 5 min lopen naar het centrum van dit vakantie plaatsje. In het centrum zijn winkeltjes, restaurantjes, touristinfo etc. Kortom super genoten.

Agréable séjour à Doucy

Beau logement spacieux et très bien équipé, une terrasse ensoleillée avec une zone d’ombre pour manger le midi, des transats mis à disposition, vraiment parfait. L’accueil s’est parfaitement déroulé. Seul bémol la station de Doucy est ouverte le 30/06 mais en réalité aucun commerce n’est ouvert et la piscine n’ouvre que le 04/07.

Chalet calme et proche de tout

Le chalet est dans un espace isolé avec une belle vue, la possibilité de faire de la luge. Les pistes sont à 20 mètres et la station est facilement accessible L'appartement est très bien décoré. L'accueil est très agréable et ils sont très disponible en cas de problème (serrure coincée) ou pour le départ. Il manque un peu de vaisselle.

Logement au top ! Appartement très bien équipé, avec de l’électromenager et du linge de maison de qualité. Rien à redire y compris le contact avec le propriétaire et le couple Dekein qui nous remet les clefs. Tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos. Séjour skis aux pieds.

Beautiful apartment unfortunately underneath another very large property therefore really noisy.

Perfect location for the slopes lovely well equipt apartment ideal for a family however please note that if the upstairs property is let to a large group that like to party the chance of rest is nil.

Great little apartment in Doucy!

Although our overall stay was amazing, the advertised position of the apartment isn’t correct on the HomeAway website which is shown as Valmorel. The apartment is in Doucy! A smaller hamlet half an hour drive or half hour chair lift and ski to Valmorel. This caused considerable issues on arrival as we had arranged ski passes, lessons, and equipment from Valmorel itself and as first time skiers was very stressful. We hadn’t realised this until we had the confirmation address details sent through from Homeaway a week or so from our departure. This really wasn’t good for HomeAway and caused much stress! Please ensure the pinpoint shown on the HomeAway website is actually correct. However our stay in Doucy and Chalet Robin was great, arrived to be greeted and shown around the apartment. The Chalet was very close to Doucy with a short walk to the small but very nice hamlet. Access to the Combelviere chair lift to the family slopes is great and ideally positioned for beginners. Thank you Chalet Robin. Overall the Chalet was perfect.

Un superbe séjour

Un endroit paisible et calme, parfait pour passer de jolies vacances en famille. L’appartement est très bien équipé , fonctionnel et bien situé. La piscine communale est toute proche, le village (avec toutes les commodités) à 10min à pieds en faisant une balade dans la forêt, des departs sentiers de randonnées ... bref nous reviendrons !

Station familiale sympathique

Location très bien équipée avec départ et retour ski aux pieds. Literie de qualité. Très bon accueil, simple et chaleureux. Rapport qualité/prix très correct. Situé à Doucy, petite station familiale sympathique, même si nous y étions durant une semaine très calme. Possibilité de se faire livrer pain et croissants le matin, très appréciable et la petite supérette de la station (à 5 min à pieds par un petit sentier) propose tout le nécessaire. Coté restau tout à fait ok et sinon, Valmorel est à 20-25 minutes en voiture, ce qui es tout à fait faisable pour changer d'air dans la semaine en soirée. Coté ski, il faut environ 20 minutes (1 télésiège + 2 tire-fesses) pour atteindre les pistes intéressantes du domaine et skier du côté de Valmorel, mais cela se gère facilement. Seul bémol: si enfants en cours de ski, il faut prévoir un retour station pour les récupérer, qui grignotte en temps. Mais là encore, il est possible de s'arranger avec les moniteurs pour récupérer les enfants plus haut dans la station et ne pas avoir à resdesendre sur Doucy. Quelques restau d'altitude très sympas également. La météo était clémente, donc en résumé, une belle semaine .

Très bon accueil, ne changez rien ! L'appartement est très bien équipé de plus au pied des pistes. Parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants bas âge, nous le recommandons fortement.
