Came here for a work trip and really enjoyed the home, our crew came to work at a local project and were blessed to stay here rather than a hotel. I can speak for the rest of the crew, we would absolutely stay and vacation here.
Everything was absolutely perfect! The look, the smell, the cleanliness, the mini muffins when we came in, the amount of supplies provided, the option to buy firewood, The accessibility for trailers and SxS's! It was so perfect and comfortable and we will definitely come back again!
This was family trip to ride the trails. House was great location. Easy access to trails and town yet private. Our host Daniel made sure everything met our expectations. Highly recommend staying here!
This was a great place. We were there for a few days and were able to relax. Plenty of space for sleeping and eating. Directions and check in process was simple. The drive to go and eat or go places was not bad at all even with the road constructions going on. I promise that if you stay here you will feel right at home and truly enjoy your time no matter the occasion!
8 of us brought our side by sides and stayed here to hit the trails. We couldn't of asked for a better location for the trails we rode. The house was clean and fit us all perfect. The host communication was the best we have received on a VRBO.
Wonderful cottage in the woods but close to everything you needed.
The home was lovely. Well maintained and stocked with promised items and more. Just far away to enjoy the country but close enough to Williamson to do things in town or access the many trails in the area. Owners were fantastic with communication and checked in daily to make sure everything was well. Highly recommended if you are planning to be in the area.
Exactly as described. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of room. Check out and in was a breeze. Host very responsive and very knowledgable about the area. Clean and peaceful! Dont hesitate BOOK IT!
Check in process was simple and stress free
Property was perfectly clean and well kept
My favorite was the property manager and his son
The nicest people you will ever meet
They both went above and beyond
Provided trail passes at check and delicious muffins.
Very close riding distance to the trails
If this place is available, book it!
This was our first time to this area and riding on the Hatfield McCoy and Outlaw trails. From the location, check in/check out, assistance and friendliness of the owners, and the GREAT house, there is not one thing to change! Everything is clean and comfortable. Food is convenient (to grab something or cook at the house). Trails are so close! If you are coming to ride *STAY HERE*!
River to ridge was a great experience for our whole group. We could ride right from the house. We hired Dan our host as a guide for one day and we rode the outlaw trails Dan and his wife Erica are wonderful people and we would consider them are friends we had a Great experience, the next two days we could drive the side-by-sides right to the Hatfield, McCoy and Buffalo Mountain trails which are endless trails, filled with lots of exciting terrain, i would recommend this experience to any side-by-sider
Good place to stay if you plan on riding the trails. Location is good too, a few minutes up the highway from a town that has a Walmart that will have anything you might need while on your trip.
Our first time exploring the Hatfield and McCoys trail. The house was clean. Easy access from the main road. Had to ride on the outlaw trail to the HMT but well worth it. Daniel helped us download an app that helped us to navigate the outlaw trail. Will be back.
This property was great for our first time riding the Hatfield McCoy trails. The Buffalo mountain trailhead was very close by the house. We didn’t move our vehicles the entire time we were there!! Daniel and Erica went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and also had trail passes waiting at the house on check in. Highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!
The owner was a genuine individual and very friendly and made sure our stay was wonderful…I would recommend this place to anyone…he even helped with us to get to trails to friends staying next town over!!!
This was the perfect property for our trip to ride the Hatfield McCoy trail system. The house was super clean with plenty of necessities, extra towels, linens, coffee, soap, detergent, etc... The house is furnished nicely and has comfortable places to relax after out riding all day. Having the use of a full garage and wash rack for our bikes was a huge bonus for this property. Daniel went above and beyond staying in contact with us and providing great information about the local area. One of the best properties I've stayed in, I'll be back for sure.
This property was perfect for our group size of 6 adults. We each had our own bed and property was convenient to trail system. Parking space was not a concern, we were able to park our 30' trailer and unload/load our atv's easily. The kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare some of our own meals. Owners were very responsive and helpful with navigating our way to trails on day 1. Great stay, Thanks!
The property is even more spacious than pictures portray. Recommend not bringing a low long trailer. The owner did make an accommodation for us under the circumstances. We didn't think to ask about the parking because other trailers have been fine.
Host was very nice and had helpful information about the trails. We loved our visits from the Town Mayor ❤️ 😉
