Loved it!

We were traveling with a 10 month baby and we had a great stay in this appartment. It was clean, well equiped and at quiet location. Because it's on 3rd floor the morning view is probably one of the best in Martinique. We would recommend this appartment to anyone traveling to Martinique, especially families with a baby. And the best of all - there were no mosquitos at all! Highly recommended!!!

Formidable 🌟

Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours à l’appartement. Cela fut parfait : le logement est propre, très bien équipé, et la vue de la terrasse/cuisine est incroyable ! Monsieur P. est disponible pour toutes demandes/aides/conseils. La communication est parfaite. L’appartement est proche des commerces/restaurants/etc ce qui est un vrai plus. Rien à redire : foncez ! Bel appartement avec vue imprenable sur la baie

Très bel appartement , grande terrasse face à la mer, grand salon, bien entretenu et bien équipé, plage de l’anse Caritan accessible à pieds,.La magnifique plage des Salines se trouve à 5kms. Pour le village de St Anne environ 400m, ça grimpe au retour mais tout à fait faisable. Le ménage peut-être fait par la personne qui vous reçoit environ 50€

Appartement parfait pour un couple et ses enfants avec une vue superbe sur la mer, piscine privé etc

Lieu très calme avec piscine privée pour la résidence,proche du centre ville(1km à peine) de la plage environ 300 m, quelques restaurants,marché etc.Nous avons adoré y venir en famille c'était superbe et merci au propriétaire de sa disponibilité et de son sérieux

L’appartement est confortable et agréable. La vue est très belle. L’agrément de la piscine est un vrai plus. Le cadre avec la proximité de Sainte-Anne correspond à ce que nous cherchions.

Superbes vacances

Séjour avril 2019. Location en tous points conforme aux photos. Entièrement équipée. Idéalement située avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de ste Anne. Points de départ de nombreuses balades. Conviendra autant à ceux qui désirent decouvrir l'ile qu'à ceux qui souhaitent des vacances reposantes.

beautiful view!

We had a great stay here. The view was even more amazing than the photos. We had a small hiccup when we arrived (the property manager wasn’t there to meet us), but thankfully we got that cleared up quickly thanks to the detailed info provided in advance by the property owners. The condo is well-equipped and had everything needed to self-cater. One negative is the internet, which was very spotty. We made do since it was vacation, but something to keep in mind if you need reliable internet for work. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again.

Vue mer magnifique

Que dire…..déjà cette vue magnifique, un enchantement chaque matin à l’ouverture des volets. L’appartement est très bien, confortable, fonctionnel, conforme à la description. La piscine de la résidence est appréciable également au retour d’une journée d’excursion. Le contact avec le propriétaire est très sympa et pleins de bons conseils. Sainte Anne est à 2mn en voiture avec son petit marché, ses commerces et ses restaurants. Les plages sont toutes superbes. Nous avions pris nos habitudes à l’Anse Caritan. Eau turquoise, pente douce, parfait. Petit coup de cœur également pour Mme Victorin qui nous a accueilli sur place et qui nous avez préparé un petit colis couleur local pour le retour. Bref, un séjour de rêve, le retour en Métropole fut dur. Nous gardons votre adresse si jamais nous revenons un jour en Martinique. Amicalement.

Super séjour à SAINTE-ANNE, l'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et la vue et juste sublime! La résidence est calme, très bien entretenue et à 2 min de voiture du village Bref, nous reviendrons !!!

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR AVEC UNE VUE INOUBLIABLE

Appartement spacieux, bien aéré, confortable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer dont on ne se lasse pas. Même quand il pleut l'endroit est beau. La résidence est propre, calme et la piscine est très appréciable pour se rafraîchir ou faire la causette. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de très bons conseils. Sainte Anne est à deux pas, on y trouve un petit marché, des commerces et de bons restaurants. Les plages aux alentours sont variées et très belles, Anse Figuier pour nager avec les poissons de toutes les couleurs et Anse Michèle pour le vent et la beauté de la plage. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette location.

FORMIDABLE SEJOUR

Très belle location dont nous avons apprécié les grands volumes et surtout la superbe et magnifique vue !!!! La dame qui s'occupe de notre arrivée est charmante et très disponible. c'est vraiment une location à recommander pour son excellent rapport qualité/prix et son emplacement idéal. Ce fut parfait !!!

Un séjour merveilleux

Un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement situé idéalement en hauteur de Saint Anne. Une vue à vous couper le souffle sur la baie du Marin. Tout est conforme à la description sur le site. Les colibris, les rouges gorges, les sucriers, et les merles qui venaient tout le temps sur la terrasse faisaient le bonheur de ma fille. Elle a d’ailleurs trouvé une mixture que les colibris adorent : BEAUCOUP de sucre de canne et un peu d’eau..:o)... Le petit restaurant la Dorade à Saint Anne fait les meilleurs acras que nous avons goûtés sur l’île. Une voiture est conseillée pour visiter toutes les merveilles de l’île facilement accessibles. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et présents dès le départ pour nous aider à organiser notre séjour. Mme Victorin qui nous a accueilli sur place est vraiment adorable. Location à recommander.
