About this property

A Guest Favorite! Close to Town Squares w/ Golf Cart

Don't miss out on this tastefully updated home in the Villages and close to all of the action of two Town Squares. A short golf cart ride away from Spanish Springs Town Square and about 10 minutes from Lake Sumter Square. Both squares offer live entertainment every evening. There are also numerous stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby - no need to rent a car, you can get everywhere by Golf Cart, which is included free of charge (4 seats).

The home has all new furnishings and includes everything you will need to feel at home.

You will have access to the entire house.

The master and 2nd bedrooms both have king beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space (there is a walk in closet in the master).

The master bedroom also includes a desk and adjustable desk chair for those who may be working from home.

The master shower includes a brand new tiled walk-in shower. The guest bath has a newly installed tub/ shower combo.

The kitchen is also brand new with granite counters and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is stocked (pots/ pans, dishes, glasses, serving bowls/trays, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee pots, crock pot, blender and much more).

This is a ranch style house with no stairs to enter the home or any of the rooms.

Enjoy the screened in lanai while you sip your morning coffee or settle in for the evening with a glass of wine (love seat glider and two comfortable cushioned chairs).

The dinning room has seating for 6 and the living room has a reclining couch, love seat and a 65 inch smart tv.

There is a full size washer and dryer (detergent provided)

WiFi is included for those who want to stream movies or need to work from home!

There is a patio off of the living room with lots of privacy, a table with chairs for four and a gas grill.

We had a wonderful time!! Your place is so nice. We loved all the amenities. I can’t believe you had Tide, coffee and all the cleaning supplies. We loved taking the golf cart all over and enjoyed happy hour listening to great music at the Squares!!! Thank you for a great vacation!

Outstanding rental! Great location close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing, grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, and the post office. Quiet neighborhoods. The house had absolutely everything we needed. Val was easy to contact and work with on a couple of questions. No issues. Highly recommend.

Val is the best! Great stay.
Great place with very comfortable king bed and bathroom for each couple. The added bonus of use of golf cart was appreciated and made this vrbo selection an added value. We did have one snafu; however, Val exhibited excellent customer service recovery and resolved the issue to our total satisfaction. Would recommend and return in the future.

Needed quiet for me and my Doodles
Was having 3 days of work done on my house. Constant hammering, sawing, etc. knowing that would be so stressful I took a chance and booked my first ever VRBO through the Bring Fido app. Found Serenity located about 20 minutes from my house and it was perfect. Clean, quiet…..just what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Serenity and yes, I would book again if I’m in a situation where I need a quiet refuge.

Welcoming Experience
There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this property. It was clean and stocked with everything you need for a relaxing stay in The Villages. The golf cart was an added feature that we took advantage of to go to the store, town square, and to visit relatives living in the vicinity. We will definitely keep this home in mind for the next time we visit.

Feeling the area out
Stayed in this charming home while I looked at homes to purchase in the area. It is well furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay literally the only thing it was lacking was Kleenex. I stayed with my large dog and it had a fenced side yard that she could use and chase local lizards. It was also walkable and a close drive to excellent shopping including the mall. It has been completely updated so everything has been updated. The cost was less than a nice hotel and ever so much more comfortable. Thank you to my wonderful host Val!

Amazing home and host!
The house was beautiful and very cozy, the bed and couches were nice and comfortable. The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen. We really felt at home here. We did run into an issue upon checkin but the host was responsive and took care of it. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is a diamond!
We were looking for a place to stay that was close to our in-laws, was pet friendly, was clean, had great beds, and was simple and updated. This place was the PERFECT option. First of all, Val was absolutely awesome to work with. She was so responsive. If you've used home rental places in the past, you know that's not always the case. Val was absolutely exceptional. Val has also literally thought of everything - she could open her own hotel chain. Checking in was flawless. We got right in with Val's instructions. Her place is over the top clean, organized, and non-cluttered. Walking in felt like coming home (she even has a pillow that says welcome home!). Decorations are tasteful and simple. Everything is labeled - down to the light switches. (loved the one that said "nobody knows what this is for" LOL) She has offered up snacks to welcome you - which was great for us since we were running around all day before checking in and hadn't gotten to the grocery store yet. She also has other amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish washing soap, laundry detergent, etc. This is rare and it was so welcoming! The furniture and beds were amazing. The couches in the living room were perfect and comfortable. The beds - oh the beds! Both rooms had king size beds, which is also rare - but perfect! And the mattresses were so comfortable. We didn't want to leave. We would highly recommended this place to anyone, and can't wait to come back!! Thank you!

This was our first trip to The Villages. The Owner was very helpful by allowing us to check-in as my friend was sick with vertigo and unable to walk when we arrived. The next day we were able to get out and ride the golf cart and see what the fuss was all about. What a great community. This is how I would love to live my retirement years but it's not enough to keep me away from Grandkids. Seriously, everything anyone could want is right here in walking or golf-cart distance. We plan to return. Thankyou for your help.

Why they chose this property

The Villages is a magical place with so much to do. You will feel like you are at a 5 star resort and will not want to go home! This property is conveniently located to two town squares and has been completely updated and modernized. I use the home a few weeks a year for my own enjoyment. Unfortunately I am not ready to make this my permanent residence yet. The home has been furnished and prepared with all of the comforts and little extras to make your stay enjoyable. You will not be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

This is an updated home put together with care. Clean, comfortable and modern updates. Both bedrooms have King Sized beds so no one has to fight over the master! The neighborhood is very friendly and the location is convenient to everything.
