Located on a deep-water canal with direct ocean access, this home is ideal for boating, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Just a short ride to the Gulf via the Seven Mile Bridge, it’s also close to Sombrero Reef, known for its world-class snorkeling and diving.

**Boat lift is NOT for guest use & trailer on site at all times belongs to owner. Parking is limited, please verify vehicles & trailers before arrival

This property is “NOT pet friendly” so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
