Our family travelled to Seattle this summer for a cruise out of Pier 91 and we were having a tough time finding a reasonably priced place to crash for the night. This space was a great value and we were able to stay with 2 kids, 2 parents, and 2 grandparents for led than the price of two hotel rooms nearby. They also had free parking for both of our rental vehicles which was clutch. One of the beds isn’t private, but we’re family so that want assn issue. Another note is that the biggest seating area is outside, but the weather was lovely so we spent most of our time there anyway. It was exactly what we needed and in our price range.
With two young kids it was fun that one of the little rooms had some toys that they enjoyed playing with. We had one twin bed for them and made a little pallet on the floor for the 4 year old and they were comfortable.
The hosts were very accommodating and getting in was a breeze with the door code. We actually tried to stay here again the night we returned from the cruise but they were booked already. Would definitely look them up again if I needed a good value in a great location.
Unreal they can leave their property in such horrid condition. There was cobwebs everywhere. The tub drain was plugged. The carpets are gross. Do not believe any of the positive reviews you will regret staying here. Condoms everywhere , just on the adjacent property you can homeless drug addicts near by. This place is truly disgusting.
Just as advertised. The location was perfect for catching the light rail into downtown Seattle for a concert. Would definitely stay here again!

Decent but Musty
The bathroom was very dirty and not properly mantained. One of the bedrooms had a series of cobwebs on the ceiling. There was a bit of a smell throughout the building. It was still pretty decent location but needs to be maintenance.
The location is very central. The neighbourhood is okay. Nothing in walking distance but it's the US, so that's to be expected. Check-In process was simple and easy to understand.
The apartment has everything one needs for a stay. There is no couch to sit on and hang out. The living room is another bedroom which is open and the earliest riser should sleep there because there is no door and the kitchen is right there. The place needs an overall renovation. We had to WD40 the bathroom door. The cabinets are old and some drawers don't open or only with difficulty. Paint is coming of the walls. Everything is just old.
The main bedroom is charming, the kid's room is very small and one of the doors doesn't close.
However, overall it's a good place if you don't plan on doing anything but sleeping there. I enjoyed our stay but wouldn't book it again.
Small and cozy, was perfect for our short and sweet stay. Close to the main city for driving. Also has a few great restaurants close by

The space is a good value for the price. There is no sitting area for watching tv. I would suggest putting a foldout couch in this room which would still provide a bed but also an area for sitting. The oven could stand a cleaning. All in all we were comfortable there for the two nights we stayed. Hosts were responsive when contacted.
The space is a small daylight basement that has been turned into a living space. Bedroom #2 is not a private bedroom. It is the main living space and serves as the walkway between the entry, kitchen, and bedroom #1. It has 3 doorways and no doors. This was not made clear in the listing. I messaged the owner during our stay to express our disappointment and he stated that he would update the listing.
Small and cozy home, but we spent most of our time out exploring and didn't mind. The backyard is beautiful overlooking an overgrown forest/ravine, and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and being in nature! Also loved the little Sega Genesis and had a game night before bed lol. Beautiful home and comfy beds, everything was clean. Thank you very much!
Very convenient to get to the freeway. Small space but it was all we needed to back to after the games were over

Why they chose this property
Quick ride to downtown Seattle. A house in a good neighborhood next to the tire shop is near groceries, a gas station, shopping centers, restaurants, fitness, parks, and a playground.
