Our newest holiday home INcity Living is a symbiosis between fine furniture and a unique feel-good atmosphere in the heart of Nuremberg.

It is only a few minutes' walk to the Nuremberg Opera House, Railway Museum or the Germanic National Museum. Our central location, right on the edge of the city of Nuremberg, is ideal for all guests.

Exhibition center (by subway)
Hauptbahnhof (walking distance)
Subway station Opera House (walking distance) right on the old town wall
Kaiserburg (ideal by tram to Tiergärtnertor)

Fast and direct route to the Playmobil FunPark or sightseeing for Nuremberg and the surrounding area.

You can reach the Nuremberg exhibition center, for example: B. by car in a good 10 minutes

Our apartment is ideal for both young and older guests - short distances to the old town, easy and quick to the main train station, you could also walk easily and comfortably.

The connection to the motorway (Frankenschnellweg / A73) can also be reached quickly and easily.

Although INcity Living is located in the center of Nuremberg, there is almost always a parking space in the immediate vicinity.



The completely redesigned, walk-in 1.60m x 0.90m walk-in 'walk in' shower with rain shower was equipped with the finest, noble materials and brands. Even the bedroom with a fine, solid beech bed, made in a fine furniture factory, leaves nothing to be desired with a size of 2.00mx 2.00m. Two additional beds are available for a further 2 people.
This makes INcity Living ideal for up to 4 people

We have equipped the living room for you with two exclusive red ROLF BENZ leather sofas, a 40 'color TV (Smart TV ...). 5 windows provide a lot of light, which put our art (Kandinsky & Wand Design) and new Stucco Marmorino wall technology in the bedroom, in March 2017, in the right light on the walls.

Of course there is also free WiFi in Telekom's best network

From March 2017: bedroom insulated with ecological interior wall insulation. As wall finishing, we decided on the oldest ecological and noblest WALL FINISHING TECHNOLOGY: "Stucco Marmorino" - lime and marble plaster in marble design that was already used in antiquity.
