Our holiday home Casa Elan is located in the quiet and preferred villa district of Marquesa II on the slopes of the Montgo in Denia on the Costa Blanca.
On a completely fenced, sunny and barely visible plot of almost 800 m² with a wonderful sea view, a completely renovated villa in the typical Spanish, cosy architectural style with upscale furnishings awaits you.
With only a few steps, Villa Casa Elan is almost at ground level despite its hillside location and is therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The approx. 115 m² of living space is divided into a spacious living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a conservatory, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa is equipped with a total of four hot/cold air conditioning units and also has a gas fireplace, which provides cosy warmth on cooler evenings or in the winter months in addition to central gas heating.
Free WLAN is included in the offer. And of course the corresponding 300 MBit/s internet connection.
All windows have fly screens and electric shutters for your convenience. There are also fly-screen doors to the patio and conservatory.
The living room offers comfortable, light-coloured leather sofas with relax function and a new flat screen TV. A SONOS Beam provides the right sound, whether for the TV, the Blu-Ray player or for your music stream.
There is a Sonos One in the conservatory. There is another music system in bedroom 3. This offers Airplay, classic radio or a CD and USB connection.
Since spring 2018, the Casa has had a completely new kitchen, equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a gas hob with oven and a microwave. Beautiful crockery along with plenty of pots and pans, as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, hand blender, egg cooker, ... complete the furnishings.
Both bathrooms were completely renovated in 2021.
A PV system with storage ensures a particularly sustainable holiday.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms ensures pleasant temperatures and built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. One bedroom was equipped with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80m * 2m) in 2023, it has another flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.9 m / 2 m each), which can be pushed together to form another double bed as required. A 1.5 m / 2 m queen-size bed in the third bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements for six people. Another bathroom has a shower.
From the living room, a fully glazed conservatory with fantastic views over the town and the sea, furnished with a rattan seating area, leads to the pool terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The private, well-kept kidney-shaped swimming pool is very large at 5 x 10 metres and can be safely accessed via a Roman staircase with railings. There is also an outdoor shower for refreshment in between. The pool terrace was extended in 2022 and a Hotspring Jetsetter LX whirlpool provides additional relaxation.
If you like the sun, the approx. 35 m2 sun terrace on the garage roof, which can be reached via a staircase, is just right for you. There is a large, custom-built outdoor barbecue and two seating areas in the inner courtyard, where cosy barbecue evenings are guaranteed. The secluded plot is located in a purely residential neighbourhood on a small road with little traffic and is overgrown with oleander hedges, flowering shrubs and palm trees. It is secured by an electric gate. Your car can be parked in the carport, which also has an electric gate. There is also enough space for another car. Should you feel the need to do your laundry in between, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. An ironing board and iron complete the facilities.
For your daily needs, there is a small centre about 700 m downhill with two restaurants and cafés, a small supermarket with fresh bread every day and a pharmacy. About one kilometre up the Montgo, you are already surrounded by beautiful nature and can enjoy undisturbed hiking or your sporting ambitions by bike.
You can book laundry packages if required. These cost €17.50 per person and include bed linen and 2 small and 2 large towels.
