Too warn down house
The kitchen is too small and way too poorly equippet. Overall the finish of the house is too old. The pool area is very nice, Dolceacqua is a beautiful small and old town with an interesting history. The manager did not respond to all our questions before arrival, the house support was friendly but did not speak any English at all. Google translate solved that though. The outdoor kitchen, or bar area, is also very warn down. All is working, even if being old (dish washer, wash machine, fridge and freezers, jacuzzi) but the owen is outside and small plus one of the burners is not working in the kitchen. The road to the house is narrow and steep, but we knew about that. Two cars was preferred instead of one big van (as we planned for originally) The house could be extremly beautiful but need some real TLC!

Dolce Acqua im August…
Wir waren mit 6 Personen im Objekt sehr kommod untergebracht. Der Verwalter hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr zurückgehalten, war aber auf Nachfrage sofort für uns da - grosses Lob an Sergio!! Die Zufahrt ist für SUVs etwas gewagt, wir hatten einen GLE und die Gasse war damit seitlich recht ausgereizt… Definitiv nix für Angsthasen!!! (sollte man wissen) Wenn man oben angekommen ist, ist der erste Eindruck prima! Etwas Patina findet sich auf sämtlichem In- und Exterieur, jedoch ist dieser Umstand für erfahrene Südland-Urlauber völlig okay. Der Garten ruft nach erfahrener Hand und lässt Erinnerungen an gepflegtere Zeiten aufkommen. Pool und Aussengelände sind großzügig dimensioniert und lassen viel Rückzugsvarianten zu. Im Haus existiert eine moderne Küche mit ausreichend Potential für Cook&Food… Alle Zimmer waren so, wie bebildert ausgestattet… Abflüsse im Bad freuen sich auf eine (hoffentlich baldige) Optimierung und mit etwas Geduld kommt auch warmes Duschwasser aus der Brause. Alles in Allem zu Haus&Hof: wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und fanden es superbequem und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Perfektionisten und notorische Nörgler sind hier fehl am Platz - würden aber gewiss die Zufahrt eh nicht meistern…😂 Die Region ist sehr erlebenswert! Der Ort an sich offenbahrt sich erst auf den 2. Blick, hat super Lokale und die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich! Immer wieder gern…🙋‍♂️

Tolles Objekt mit 2 größeren Mängeln
Positiv: Der Pool des Ferienhauses hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er war sauber und gepflegt, und wir konnten die warmen Tage dort in vollen Zügen genießen. Auch die Küche im Haus hat uns positiv überrascht – sie war sehr gut ausgestattet und enthielt alle Utensilien, die wir benötigten, um unsere Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Neutral: Das Ferienhaus war insgesamt sauber, jedoch bemerkten wir, dass einige Kissenbezüge im Außenbereich teilweise dreckig waren oder nicht ausreichend gewaschen schienen. Dies könnte sicherlich verbessert werden. Eine weitere Annehmlichkeit war die Terrasse mit der Außenküche. Leider war der Kühlschrank bei der Außenküche muffig, was den Gesamteindruck etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Negativ: Ein bedauerlicher Aspekt unseres Aufenthalts war das Auftauchen einer Wildschweinfamilie an jedem Abend. Diese bestand aus 2 erwachsenen Wildschweinen und 6 Jungtieren. Leider hatten sie keine Angst vor Menschen und bewegten sich frei auf dem gesamten Grundstück. Die Tatsache, dass man sie weder durch Geräusche noch durch das Werfen von Steinen vertreiben konnte, führte dazu, dass wir uns zeitweise im Haus aufhalten mussten, bis sie weiterzogen. Dies war definitiv ein unangenehmes Erlebnis. Ein weiteres negatives Merkmal war die äußerst steile und enge Auffahrt zum Ferienhaus. Für Fahrzeuge mit tiefergelegtem Fahrwerk, breiten Karosserien oder geringer Leistung ist sie nahezu unpassierbar. Dies führte zu einigen Schwierigkeiten beim Erreichen des Hauses.

This is a great space for a family group - superb outdoor areas, great views and lots of space. two points to note: the road up is degree-level driving and, although close, Dolceacqua isn’t really walkable from the property

Schöner Familienurlaub in Villa Lenivada
Unsere 10-Köpfige Familie hat den Urlaub sehr genossen, wobei bei den Kindern der Pool das das Highlight war. Wir Erwachsenen haben uns über die großzügige und gut ausgestattete Küche gefreut - optimal für abendliche Tafelrunden. Auch die übrigen Räume (Wohn- und Schlafbereiche) sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Abgerundet wird das Ganze durch die tolle Lage und den sehr hübschen Ort Dolceaqua in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da man alles besser machen kann noch ein paar Hinweise: Nicht nutzbare Sportgeräte im Garten entsorgen oder ersetzen und darauf hinweisen, dass die Auffahrt zur Villa für Autos ab der Größe VW-Bus-T5 sehr ambitioniert ist.

Fantastic holiday
This was a great place to stay with a big group. We were a part of 9, three families with teenage children. There was plenty of space for us all to come together and have fun, and to hide away and read a book in peace and quite. The pool is a really good size. Getting to the property is not the easiest - it was difficult to find from the instructions given to us. The drive up to it is very steep and narrow, but once you have navigated it a few times it's absolutely fine. There are two bedrooms without air conditioning. There weren't any written instructions to go with the property, so we ahd to work a lot of things out ourselves. The person who is available to help you locally is lovely; very friendly and he coudln't be more helpful, but he isn't the owner and so can't answer all your questions. The owner answered my questions very quickly when I contacted them via vrbo, but a written guide to everything and written instructions about how to find the property would have been much more useful. The villa is about a 25 min walk outside dolceaqua, and some of this walk is on the main road which is pretty busy. It's only 2 minutes in the car though. Dolceaqua has good local shops for food, a good selection of places to eat and is a really nice place to stay. We went up into the mountains and visited lots of lovely little villages. Our favourite was Perinaldo, where we had a lovely lunch in Ristorante Bar Au Gaggian - amazing rabbit ravioli! We went swimming a lot at the beach in Bordighera, which is about 35 min drive away. It's got a rocky beach good for snorkelling and a gravel beach with loungers, cafes etc. It's a slightly smarter seaside town than ventigmiglia. The food market in ventimiglia is great, well worth shopping from. The Friday market is enormous and also fab if you love hunting for bargains - clothes, bags, belts, food etc. All in all a great base for exploring the area, both the mountains and the sea.

Der Pool reißt alles raus
Generell war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön, das Objekt an sich ist toll. Leider wirkt das Grundstück an manchen Stellen etwas "zugemüllt" (kaputte Fitnessgeräte werden nicht entsorgt), die Tischtennisplatte hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich etc. Auch gibt es bei der Sauberkeit der Küchenutensilien (verschimmeltes Schneidebrett, sehr dreckiger Außen-Ofen) einige Abzüge. Die Spülmaschine innen hat nicht funktioniert, sodass wir nur die eine Spülmaschine außen nutzen konnten, was mit 10 Personen doch störend war. Das Wassersystem hat sich uns auch nicht ganz erschlossen: wenn Wasser im Pool nachgefüllt wurde haben die Duschen nicht funktioniert etc. Die Gegenstromanlage hat zu keiner Zeit unseres Aufenthalts funktioniert. Dies sind alles Punkte, die kein Weltuntergang sind, aber in Summe einfach doch von der Beschreibung im Internet abweichen. Schade war auch, dass keine Übergabe mit Erläuterung für das Objekt erfolgt ist.

Entspannung pur in wundervoller Umgebung
Das Objekt liegt in einer sensationell schönen Umgebung. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist riesig und hat viele schöne Plätze, so dass sich auch bei mehreren Personen (wir waren mit 8 Personen dort) jeder einmal etwas zurückziehen kann. Zu jeder Tageszeit hat man die Wahl zwischen sonnigen und schattigen Plätzchen, zwischen windstillen und leicht windigen Plätzchen und die Aussicht ist von allen Seiten wunderschön. Aufgrund des phantastischen Wetters haben wir uns nur zum Schlafen im Haus aufgehalten, und von morgens bis abends den wunderschönen Garten, den Pool und die Aussicht genossen. In der ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestatteten Außenküche, konnte man sogar das Essen draußen zubereiten. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Einzige Herausforderung war die sehr schmale und sehr sehr steile Zufahrt zum Haus. Doch wenn man die bewältigt hat, wird man dafür so sehr belohnt, dass es schwerfällt, diesen schönen Flecken Erde wieder zu verlassen.

Wunderschönes Haus und Ausblick
Das Haus ist sehr schön - hochwertige Möbel und gut ausgestattet. Wir genossen sehr die vielen Entspannungsmöglichkeiten wie Pool und Whirlpool. Allein der Blick ist es Wert, dieses Haus zu buchen. Das Einzigste, was gestört hat, war die beschwerliche Anfahrt über eine steile und enge Strasse.

sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der Villa Le Nivada und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist in einer ruhigen Lage mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar nachts einmal weitergeholfen. Der große Pool, der Whirlpool, die Sauna und die vielen netten Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich haben das Haus zu einer echten Wohlfühloase gemacht. Die Betten waren bequem und was vor allem für größere Gruppen von Vorteil ist, ist dass es insgesamt vier Badezimmer gibt. Es sind sogar zwei große Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfach vorhanden und auch bei der restlichen Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Es war ein grausamer Aufenthalt
Noch niemals haben wir schlechter unseren wohlverdienten Urlaub verbringen müssen. Das Haus ist in einer wunderschönen Gegend, dass ist der einzige Pluspunkt. Ansonsten sehr sehr unsauber und ungepflegt. Einfach schade. Und überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus war sehr komfortabel, sauber und geräumig. Auch draussen im Garten unten und oben auf einer Terasse hatten wir viel Platz. Alles war sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet. Die Betten bequem und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Sergio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, schon fast wie zuhause. Ich kann dieses Haus wirklich jedem weiter empfehlen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

My family and I had a wonderful holiday at this place. The host was very welcoming and responded very quickly to all my questions. The villa is just amazing. It has way more amneties than needed and you can feel that the villa wasnt build as an investment but as a place for relax and living. I defenetley would come back!

Tolle Villa in wunderbarer Lage
Nördlich von Dolceacqua etwas abseits der Straße gelegen befindet sich dieses Anwesen in erhöhter Position mit atemberaubenden Blick auf Hügel und Meer. Zwei Wochen durften wir hier verbringen und wir haben jeden Augenblick davon genossen. Jedem Winkel des Hauses merkt man an, dass es für den Eigenbedarf konzipiert und eingerichtet wurde, hochwertig und, selbst bei Ferienhäusern in dieser Preislage ungewöhnlich, mit wirklich allem, was man braucht. Wir reisten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Die kluge Anlage von Haus und Terrassen ermöglichte es jedoch zwanglos, auch in dieser Gruppenstärke einmal einen ruhigen Platz für sich allein zu haben. Auch klimatisch ist die Lage des Hauses ideal; selbst Mitte August sorgten ein steter leichter Wind und die erhöhte Lage dafür, dass es trotz besten Wetters stets erträglich blieb. Der Pool ist großzügig bemessen und bot so Erwachsenen wie Kindern stets willkommene Abkühlung. In der Umgegend befinden sich reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele. Die Gegend ist insbesondere auch für Radsportinteressierte attraktiv. Wer allerdings, wie wir, hauptsächlich auf Ruhe und Erholung aus ist, wird hier ebenfalls allerbeste Rahmenbedingungen vorfinden.

Great place for relaxing vacation!
Very nice villa with plenty of amenities. Spacious with lots of room and plenty of lounge areas scattered around the house. The ocean breeze funneled into the wally kept the temperature pleasant during our stay. The pool chemistry should however be better balanced to improve the water clarity. Nice outside dining area and barbecue facilities makes cooking easy. I can recommend the nearby Maxisconto supermarket for fresh meat and fish. Pizza at the square in Dolceaqua is also foolproof. Would come back!

Pirmais, kas mani patīkami pārsteidza ierodoties uz doto vietu, bija neatkārtojami skaistā daba un apkātne. Nekur citur neesmu redzējusi tik skaistas debesis, īpaši naktī. Villa atrodas lieliskā vietā, no kuras paveras skats uz ieleju , pilsdrupām un agrajās rīta stundās var pavērot kā apkārtnē peld nelieli mākonīši. Savukārt vakarā, kad viss jau ir satumsis paveras skats uz mazajām ciemata ugunīm. Pati Villa ir ļoti tīra, kārtīga, ir visa nepieciešamā sadzīves tehnika labā stāvoklī. Atsevišķi gribētu atzīmēt peldbaseina esamību, kas dotajā klimatā izrādījās neaizstājams un sniedza žirgtuma sajūtu karstajās dienas stundās. Protams, arī džakuzī sniedza patīkamus mirkļus. Pavadītais laiks šajā Villā bija neatkārtojams, pēc kura palika daudz patīkamu atmiņu. Notiekti plānoju nākotnē tur atgriezties un iesaku apmeklēt visiem, kas vēl nav bijuši.
