Beware

Please save yourself from aggravation and do not rent this property or any property managed by Y/S ( your space). We were assured there were 8 beds. There were 5. Blinds and door handles were broken. Dead bugs in bathroom, hot tub not covered and fill with dirty water and leaves. No one answered our many emails and texts. Outdoor furniture nothing like pictures. Promised someone would come and bring extra sheets and batteries that were needed for remotes. No one did. They should be ashamed of themselves.

A great place to stay and explore

To say we enjoyed this stay would be a massive understatement. The penthouse is amazing. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring and in one week we did Olympic National Park, Mount Saint Helens, Mount Rainer and downtown Seattle. One of the best places we have stayed and look forward to our next trip there.

Location convenient to downtown Olympia

High end appliances; digital controls, flat was as billed and photos. Multi-stepped digital access codes; controlled with a fob. Owner responsive. Parking is metered; with reasonable rates. Over all; we enjoyed using the flat for our base with four adults and two children; 11 and 2.
