Très bon pied-à-terre !
Tout est à disposition pour passer de très bons moments en famille (ou avec des amis). L'agencement est bien pensé, la superficie est suffisante pour 4 personnes. L'équipement mis a disposition est fonctionnel (il y a également tout pour un enfant de 3 ans). Proche de tout, c'est très agréable.

Un appartement de conception originale et pratique, lumineux et ensoleillé.
Un enchantement ces vacances grâce à notre hébergement bien conçu et doté d'un équipement sans faille et surtout situé dans ce superbe Grand Hôtel de Jacques Baumier. Son hall d'accueil avec son tourniquet et sa vue mer, son revêtement de sol en carreaux de ciment et les couleurs tendres des boiseries nous ont immédiatement conquis. Mme Hébert est attentive au moindre détail, les literies sont excellentes et les draps sentaient bons. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

séjour avec petits enfants
Appartement spacieux et lumineux , avec une belle vue sur la colline houlgataise et ses belles maisons. Donnant sur le jardin intérieur donc très calme. Très bien agencé et très bien équipé, dans un très bel ancien hotel. A 2 pas de la mer, ce qui est très pratique avec un enfant car on peut faire de courts moments sur la plage puis rentrer puis y retourner ... A 2 pas aussi des commerces, et des commerces variés et de qualité (Chaudemanche fait aussi d'excellentes glaces !). Très bon contact, accueillant et souple, avec Mme Hébert et Mr Tougard, à qui je dis d'ailleurs à bientôt !

Fijn rustig appartement vlak bij strand Houlgate
We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Houlgate. Leuk plaatsje met prachtige boulevard en strand. Het appartement was modern ingericht (Ikea) en had alles wat we nodig hadden.

excellent séjour avec la plage sur place
L'appartement est bien agencé et lumineux. L'équipement est complet, tout est aménagé avec goût, le lit est très confortable. L’emplacement dans l'ancien grand hôtel d'Houlgate est parfait, avec la plage et les commerces sur place. Comme c'est un vieux bâtiment, les pièces sont assez sonores, on entend très bien la fête des voisins. Ce n'était pas grave au mois de mars car la plupart des appartements était inoccupée. On a passé un super séjour avec beaucoup de soleil.

Acceuil très sympa et très aimable ! Nous remercions madame Hébert! L'appartement est super bien agence ,lumineux et très confortable et nous avons manque de rien! Tout était parfait! Wunderbarer Urlaub.
Die Wohnung war freundlich und sehr umfangreich eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf die Hügel und die Bäderarchitektur war traumhaft schön. Unsere Kinder mochten die kleine Bücherecke. Die Lage gleich am Strand in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone war zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Ein Parkplatz gehörte nicht zur Unterkunft, wir sind aber doch immer in der Nähe fündig geworden.

Ein großartiger Ort...
Die Umgebung und Lage ist ganz wunderbar, aber wir waren v.a. von dem durchdachten Entwurf des Appartments überzeugt — die 50 m2 können optimal von einer Familie genutzt werden. Mit der Nähe zum Strand ist dieser Ort ganz wunderbar.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement spacieux et lumineux, en tous points conforme à nos attentes. Le cadre et la situation sont idéaux , ainsi que les aménagements et équipements divers. Seule micro-remarque : la mention « parking » dans l’annonce laisse à penser qu’une place attitrée est à disposition, or il s’agit de places de parking public. Accueil simple et sympathique, nous recommandons cette location!

Séjour très agréable
Séjour très agréable dans un appartement très fonctionnel, lumineux et rénové avec goût. Il est situé dans le grand hôtel d'Houlgate siégeant en plein centre ville et se trouvant à une centaine de mètres de la plage. Localisation idéale pour visiter la Normandie avec à l'Ouest les plages du Débarquement, et à l'Est les célèbres Deauville et Honfleur notamment.

Super séjour!!
Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l’appartement avec vue sur jardin en compagnie de nos 2 enfants de 3 ans et 4 mois et c’etait très réussi! L’appartement est ultra lumineux, moderne et confortable, très conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est parfait, à 5 min des commerces et de la plage. On recommande !

Très belles prestations
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié nos vacances d'hiver grâce à cette location. Le cadre du Grand Hôtel est plein de charme. Rénové avec goût , l'appartement lumineux est très bien entretenu par Mme Rohée. Nos deux filles ont dormi dans le canapé lit tout en gardant leur intimité grâce aux portes coulissantes. De plus , il est situé tout près de la plage , du cinéma , des commerces (nous recommandons la pâtisserie Chaudemanche). Le propriétaire est agréable et sérieux. Bref nous conseillons vivement cette location. Famille Neveu

Houlgate a été une belle découverte. appartement est dans un ancien hôtel d époque très charmant. Il est très bien situé et très fonctionnel. Il permet l accueil d enfants. Appartement très agréable
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pour un WE prolongé. Situé au centre d'Houlgate à côté de la plage, nous avons oublié notre voiture pendant 3 jours ! Très confortable, il dispose de tout le nécessaire (épicerie et produit ménager) ce qui est très appréciable pour les courts séjours. Merci à Monsieur Tougard pour sa réactivité et ses informations très complètes, et merci à Patricia pour son accueil très chaleureux, ses bons conseils en matière de restaurants et de commerces, et sa disponibilité. Excellent séjour
Accueil très sympathique , appartement lumineux et moderne dans un ancien hôtel du XIX ème à proximité de la plage , des commerces , de la campagne . Houlgate est une station balnéaire pleine de charme ... possibilité de faire du cheval dans un centre équestre réputé , de se promener à Honfleur, de se rendre sur les plages du débarquement, de visiter le mémorial de Caen ... Mais Houlgate suffit amplement si l'on a envie de flâner ou de se reposer . A recommander vivement !
