The Hollywood Compound is an oasis providing 5-star amenities in the heart of Buckhead. A smart, stylish, CONTEMPORARY Eco home that you and your guests will absolutely love. Perfect for a family getaway Business Trip, or staycation. Note: House rules/terms are zero-tolerance based. Security cameras are active OUTSIDE of the home. OUTSIDE cameras are active. If any of the standards rules are violated you will be asked to leave the home.
THE SPACE
Stunning Dining Room area with Suede seating that can accompany a party of 8. Stylish reading & seating area in the foyer to offer a secondary lounge space for guests to converse or relax. The Grand Kitchen has an 8.5-foot marble island with ALL Viking appliances and Butler Pantry. In the living room is an accent wall with tile from floor to ceiling encompassing a fireplace and a 75-inch flat-screen. The Master Suite includes a comfy seating area inside the suite along with an enormous Frameless Glass Shower with Stand Alone Tub with a walk-in closet the size of a small apartment.
GUEST ACCESS
A spacious rear deck made of IPE Brazilian Wood with Barbeque Grill. 3rd Floor has an AMAZING balcony off the 5th bedroom with stylish modern floating chairs!! Guests may park in the driveway and on the street IMMEDIATELY outside of the home. (2 spaces only)
