On same property as owner's house. Easily accessed from Lyon & Villefranche. Large open plan living room/ kitchen/ lounge (telephone point), sleeping area (double bed), shower room/ wc. Heating: electric & wood. Outdoors: terrace, garden & boules set shared with 2nd gîte, parking, barbecue, sunbeds. Tasting of the Beaujolais wines and sale on-site. Charge for pet: 7€/day.
