    La propriété est bien situé à proximité des plages par contre il faut prendre la voiture, L accueil est super sympa, Le gîte est propre, fonctionnel, idéal pour un couple , mais il manque un peu d ombre dans les fortes chaleurs Je recommade

    Empfehlenswert für Strandurlauber

    Kleine Ferienanlage mit 4 Häuschen, gebaut vor 5 Jahren. Wir schätzten die ruhige Lage. Im Haus war alles notwendige vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann man leihen, die Bettdecke für das franz. Bett ist sehr groß (ca.180x200). Abfallsäcke, Geschirrtücher usw. waren nicht da. Der Verwalter/Besitzer war sehr freundlich, spricht aber nur französisch. Bei Schlüsselübergabe wurde eine Kaution in bar verlangt, diese erhielten wir bei Abreise aber wieder problemlos zurück. Die Summe fanden wir für eine Woche Aufenthalt recht viel. Die Anfahrt führt über die Route de palombaggia, die auch zu den Stränden führt. Gegen Ortsausgang von Bocca del Oro geht es rechts zu der Anlage hoch beim kleinen Schild "A Chjarantana". Die Zufahrt ist wie oft in Korsika recht steil und unbefestigt. Hinter dem Haus führt ein Fußweg auf den Hügel mit wilder Macchia. Hier wird wohl auch bald gebaut denn es sind schon Anschlüsse vorhanden. Die Strandstraße war immer sehr stark befahren und voll geparkt. Ansonsten sind die Ferienhäuschen empfehlenswert.

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre copines. Logement propre, conforme aux descriptions, en plein maquis, très calme. Appartement idéalement situé : 8’ de la plage de Santa Giulia, 15’ du port de Porto vecchio et de la plage de Palombaggia, 20’ de la plage de Rondinara, 30’ de Bonifacio, 10’ des supermarchés... Merci à l’hôte pour sa gentillesse ! * Si vous ne prenez pas l’option draps + serviettes de bain, pensez à prendre torchon et tapis de bain !

    Pour visiter le sud de la corse et les plages de Porto-Vecchio l’emplacement est vraiment parfait. Logement bien équipé et bien entretenu.

    Nous avons été très heureux de nos deux semaines dans la mini-villa T2 (n° 3) du 24 juin au 8 juillet 2017. Accueil souple et amical du propriétaire entrepreneur qui a conçu et construit quatre petits logements avec beaucoup d’intelligence et de goût. Tout est très moderne et lumineux. La vue depuis le living est aussi belle que paisible (nous y avons disposé le mobilier léger et aisément déplaçable pour avoir la table devant la belle double porte fenêtre et le fauteuil en face de la télévision). La chambre est spacieuse et d’un confort parfait. Cuisine et salle-de-bains impeccables. Aucun bruit de la route située à 150 mètres et le chemin privé en parfait état permet d’atteindre un petit parking privé près des logements. Encore un grand merci au propriétaire !

    Superbe vacances, bungalow neuf dans résidence très calme dans les hauteurs. Descriptif et photos conforme à la réalité. Très bien équipé, rien ne manque (juste un miroir en pied serait le bienvenue). Propriétaire très gentil et arrangeant. Seul bémol; la côte qui mène à la propriété est assez raide. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!
