Bon emplacement de la villa

maison très agréable pour 2 personnes, pièce de vie très sympa, terrasse avec 2 salons de jardins, petit bassin à poissons, par de vis-à-vis, couverts de table en nombre suffisant, très bon emplacement, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre-ville, du marché, d'une très grande surface avec un petit parc très agréable à traverser pour y accéder, maison en retrait de la rue donc très tranquille, gentillesse et disponibilité du propriétaire, nous y retourneront avec plaisir.

Très beau!

Un seul bémol pour le couchage d’appoint: le canapé n’est pas approprié pour dormir. Pour le reste, le logement mérite un 12/10! La maison est superbe, fonctionnelle, spacieuse. Les équipements sont nombreux mais il reste de la place pour nos effets personnels dans la cuisine, la sdb, la chambre. Et l’emplacement est super, à deux pas du marché, de la rue piétonne, du ciné… Je recommande plus que vivement pour des vacances en couple!

Calme total !!!

Logement au calme en retrait de la rue, à la décoration moderne et soignée, logement baigné de lumière avec une terrasse extérieure dont les murs sont couverts de nombreuses plantes. L'hypermarché et le marché couvert sont tout près et la localisation dans l'île est parfaite. Si nous revenons à l'île d'Oléron, ce sera à l'Atoll.

Super séjour

Maison très agréable avec tout le confort moderne. Jolie terrasse à l’abri des regards. Parking privatif pour stationner son véhicule et il y a même un parking à vélos. Le tout à proximité immédiate de toutes les commodités. Nous remercions Rudy qui a été très accueillant et disponible.

Deuxième séjour à l’Atoll , petite maison de ville parfaitement localisée car très proche centre de Saint Pierre (marché, boutiques) mais aucune nuisance et calmé assuré ! Nous apprécions la fidélité de l’annonce, la propriété , la très jolie décoration, l’équipement et la superbe terrasse 🌻 Rudy est un propriétaire disponible, souriant et vous conseillera si besoin si première fois sur l’Ile , nous recommandons vivement ce lieu

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Terrasse sehr einladend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist angenehm und freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

What a beautiful house that feels like home. Modern funrniture, great kitchen, beautiful garden. The host is very friendly and speaks excellent English. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the centre en good point for starting bicycle routes.

Ferien auf der Insel

Die 2 Wochen in St.Pierre haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war komfortabel, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen war die Lage ideal. Auch die Restaurants und Geschäfte waren bequem Fußläufig zu erreichen. Rudy war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

A fuir !

Rudy est faussement aimable et Marie absente. Il ne faut surtout pas lui demander qque chose il manifeste alors mauvaise volonté et amabilité déconcertante. D'importants travaux dans la rue jusqu'à la fin de l'année rendre l'accès difficile et génèrent nombre de nuisances. Les photos de la terrasse notamment datent de 2014 comme la vaisselle et la literie. Dommage car la maison est jolie, fonctionnelle et bien située. Nous ne reviendrons pas chez cet hôte déplaisant.

Maison typique d'Oléron mais moderne et très agréable.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette propriété. Notre hôte était là pour nous accueillir et nous a présenté la maison. En plein centre de l'île et de St Pierre d'Oléron, ce fut idéal pour découvrir l'île.

Excellent séjour

Très beau logement, propre et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé, proche du centre ville, des commerces, mais quartier très calme. Piste cyclable a proximité, nous avons rayonné sur l'ile de haut en bas et de droite à gauche... Rudy le propriétaire est très sympa, discret mais très disponible.

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est magnifiquement décorée. L'espace de vie est grandiose pour deux personnes. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est là et les commerces sont accessibles à pieds. Rudy nous a accueilli très agréablement et nous a apporté toutes les réponses à nos questions. Nous retiendrons l'adresse pour un futur séjour. Merci Rudy de nous avoir laissé fermer les portes samedi.

Lovely light and airy property close to amenities

This property is a nicely converted former oyster shed. It’s very modern and bright with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s close both to the supermarket/winery and the town centre/market so you can walk to both. Pleasant outside space to relax in on a deck. Would recommend!
