Perfect base for Roc D'Azur 2024, very close to the start.

Very nice ground floor, very big spaces. Nice lockable parking space for a big Suv also to store the bikes savely. Very close to all shops. Very silent area.

Schöne Wohnung sehr gut gelegen

Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit super Umgebung und einem fantastischen Swimming Pool. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist schnell im Ort und am Meer. In der Nacht ist es ruhig und wir haben gut geschlafen. Der Aussenbereich ist gut eingerichtet und man kann draussen essen. Es fehlt ein bisschen eine gemütliche Lounge wo man gemütlich draussen sitzen kann. Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen und können dieses Haus oder diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Merci beaucoup

Très bel et vaste appartement avec accès de plein pied au jardin paysager ,dans un quartier résidentiel calme; nous avons apprécié d'avoir un parking privé pour mettre en sécurité voiture et vélos.

House was spotless and well equipped. The garden was beautiful with lots of palm trees

Very shady in the late afternoon due to being low down. Also there was no information on the area or property that would have been helpful. Spacious accommodation.

sehr schöne Ferien

die Außenanlagen wurde vor 1,5 Jahren saniert: der Pool vergrößert, neu gefliest und tolle Nachtbeleuchtung das Haus/ Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist im Garten vollkommen ungestört, relaxen ist angesagt, sogar mit 3 Kindern ;-)

Villa de reve

Un séjour où nous avons pu nous reposer car l endroit est très calme. La piscine est agréable à 4 m de l habitation. Génial pour les enfants Et tous sa au milieu d une palmeraie.

L’accueil est sympa. La piscine et le jardin très agréable à vivre (dommage du manque de lumières extérieures notamment dans la piscine) ! Sinon séjour agréable en famille ! St-Aygulf dispose de tout et tout est à proximité ... Je conseille cette location 😉

Maison très agréable , spacieuse pièce de vie avec tout le confort annoncé , et vue sur piscine et sur le jardin luxuriant !! Un dépaysement complet !! Les enfants ont pu profiter au maximum de la piscine chauffée et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme !! Très belle découverte aussi du clos des roses !!

TRES AGREABLE SEJOUR REPOSANT

C'était la deuxième fois fois que nous louions ce rez-de-villa en juin. les 2 couples d'amis que nous sommes apprécient particulièrement cette belle location de plain-pied agréable à vivre et fonctionnelle. Le quartier est calme mais également à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville où nous descendons régulièrement pour faire le marché et par la même occasion un peu de sport. La piscine est de belle taille, entourée d'un jardin bien entretenu où s'épanouissent de beaux palmiers, bien dépaysant pour les montagnards que nous sommes!

Supers vacances en famille !

Nos amis sont revenus si enchantés de leur location de vacances qu'ils nous ont donné envie de louer la même et franchement on a pas été déçus! Belle maison, décorée avec goût, beaucoup d'espace, endroit calme, beau jardin. Toutes les pièces donnent sur l'extérieur, on est vite en plein-air devant la piscine et le jardin. Un jour piscine, un jour plage, parents et ado ont adoré, top!
